This paper aims at studying the changes occurring in residential components and cultural backgrounds of residents and their effect upon urbanism and urban structures in areas of cultural values, and thus discovers the reasons of their deterioration and binds them with urban and non-urban aspects together with assuring the importance of non-urban aspects in forming the spirit and character of these areas. The methodology of this study depends on pursuing human beingplace relationship, considering cultural, social and urban outcomes through studying human being's relationship with the place of cultural value and a certain place within " traditional quarter" “Al hara” in particular, and the cultural social effects of this relationship upon urbanism and residential environment in historical nucleuses of Arabic cities.

handle the issue of constructional designs in sites of cultural value and
control standards in constructional urbanism with the purpose of
supporting the character and achieving visual continuity with the content.

also deals with the forms of constructional design within
cultural content. It concentrates on "infill design" policy and defines its

This research aims to shed light on the concept of value-added manufacturing
and development strategy in Syria, in addition to the study of the relationship between
the value-added manufacturing and the development of manufacturing industries in

This paper reinvestigate the Economic Value Added(EVA), as a performance
measure of the organization's ability to create value. This measure is suggested to be used
as an alternative to the traditionally indicators based on the profitability of the

organizations.
The paper introduce the concept of EVA, the reasons of its appearance from both
theoretically and accounting view, the positive and negative points resulting from the use
of it by reviewing the most important studies on practical experiences of this measure.
The application of this measure has been done on the companies which is listed in
the Egypt Stock Exchange, to study the relationship between this measure and share price,
and the extent of its ability to interpret the changes in the prices of shares of these
companies during the period 2011-2014.
The study concluded that there are no statistically significant differences between the
stock prices of these companies and the economic value added, and therefore the
ineffectiveness of this measure as atool to evaluate the performance of these companies
and motivate managers.

clearly illuminated in his poetry , and which were employed in a way that
newly combines between the past and present such as the religious,
literary ,historical , folkloric and legendary symbol.
