قمنا في هذه الدراسة، و من خلال عينات من الرخويات، جمعت من القطاعات المختلفة لمحافظة ريف دمشق، بالتعرف على مجمعات أنواع الرخويات الأرضية المنتشرة فيها و قد سجلنا وجود ثمانية أنواع تنتمي إلى فصائل أربع: اثنان ينتميان إلى فصيلة Enidae و نوع ينتمي إلى فصيلة Leucochroeidés و أربعة أنواع تنتمي إلى فصيلة Helicidae و نوع ينتمي إلى فصيلة Helicellidae.

يختلف توزع الفطريات و المجتمعات الفطرية و كذلك النباتية باختلاف ظروف الوسط المحيط. و تتمثل
الاستجابة لعوامل البيئة المختلفة الحيوية منها و غير الحيوية بظهور أو اختفاء نوع ما من الأنواع
الفطرية . و يعتبر عامل الرطوبة من العوامل المحددة لظهور هذا أو
ذاك من الأنواع الفطرية في
النظم البيئية بشكل عام و يتركز هذا التأثير و يظهر بوضوح في النظم البيئية ذات الطابع الجاف .
و قد تم في هذه الدراسة التعرف على الأنواع الفطرية التي تتبع مجموعة (Macromycetes) التي
تشكل أجسامًا ثمرية و التي تنتشر في البادية السورية التابعة لمحافظة حلب . علمًا بأن بعض الأنواع
التي تم حصرها و توصيفها يدخل في الراتب الغذائي للسكان المحليين أو قد يتم تسويق بعضها في
مراكز المدن المجاورة .
يأتي هذا البحث في إطار دراسة تتناول مجمعات رخويات المياه العذبة في جنوب سورية، الهدف منه
تحديد أنواعها و توزعها. و قد أظهرت الدراسة وجود عشرة أنواع في مياه الينابيع و الجداول الواقعة في
السفح الشرقي لجبال الحرمون. تنتمي تسعة منها إلى صف بطنيات القد
م Gastropoda و نوع واحد إلى
صف ذوات المصراعين Bivalvia.
قمنا من خلال هذا البحث بتغطية بعض الجوانب المناعية للطفيلي، حيث عزل طفيلي الليشمانية من
أشخاص مصابين بداء الليشمانية الجلدي، من منطقة الرحيبة (ريف دمشق)، ثم استنبت الطفيلي في
البداية على وسط صلب N.N.N بدرجة حرارة ٢٦ ° مئوية، و من ثم على وسط سائل ١٦
٤٠ RPMI- بغية
تعيين الشروط المثلى للاستنبات (تركيز الطفيلي الأولي، و حجم الوسط)، فحصلنا على منحنى نمو نموذجي
لدى استخدام التركيز ٥×٥^١٠ طفيلي/ميلي لترًا، حيث يمر الطفيلي بأطوار نمو واضحة و منفصلة. لاحظنا
أيضًا التبدلات الشكلية التي تطرأ على الطفيلي أمامي السوط promastigote في كل طور.

rates, Egyptian, American and Australian rice achieved higher rates of sold
among short rice varieties. Indian rice achieved high sold rates among tall rice
varieties.
