يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحويل بيانات الطبقي المحوري المحوسب لعظم الفخذ المصاب بالسرطان إلى نموذج ثلاثي الأبعاد, و تصميم البديل المعدني للمنطقة المصابة و تحليله في برامج التحليل الميكانيكي, من أجل دراسة وثوقيته و ملاءمته من حيث توزع الإجهادات و القوى تماماً كما لو كان في جسم المريض بعد التركيب و بالتعاون مع طبيب الجراحة العظمية, يتم الاعتماد على برامج CAD الخاصة بالعمل الميكانيكي الطبي المشترك حيث نستخدم برنامج Mimics لقراءة صورة الطبقي المحوري و برنامج 3MATIC من أجل تحويل الصورة إلى نموذج رقمي ثلاثي الأبعاد بعد عملية توليد السطح و الحجم للبديل العظمي, و تتم عملية تحليل الإجهادات و القوى التي ستتعرض لها منطقة التعويض في برنامج COMSOL, حيث تبين بعد التصميم و التحليل أن البديل ملائم ميكانيكياً و لا يحوي مناطق خطرة بعد تطبيق الحمل المتوقع.
This research aims to convert CT data of hip bone that sufferining cancer to 3D
model, and designing metal implant of the infected area on the mechanical analysis
programs, to study operability and convenience in terms of distribution of stresses and
forces just as in patient’s body after installation and under the guidance of the bone
surgeon.By depending on Mimics software to read the CT image and 3MATIC to convert
the image to 3D digital model after generation the surface and the volume of the implant,
the analysis process of stresess and forces in COMSOL software. Where after design and
analysis the metal implant was appropriate mechanicaly and do not contain dangerousareas
after the application of the expected forces.
