This paper presents an important idea about the higher harmonics (both temporal and spatial) and the reason of their appearance and negative effects they cause on the electrical power consumers. Generated rotating torques from upper harmonics is then calculated, and their effect on the mechanical characteristics of the induction motor, and how to mitigate this effect depending on motor design. Higher harmonics produce additional electrical and magnetic losses in induction motors which increase the motor’s heat and decrease its energy yield and power coefficient. This research shows how to decrease these losses to improve the mechanical characteristics of the induction motor and enhance the performance.

Due to the large and rapid increase in the demand for electricity and the gradual decline of
non-renewable sources of energy (fossil fuels, etc.), the performance of electrical systems
has to be developed so the use of distributed generation and it
s connection with the main
networks is one of these methods but this linkage causes some problems like changing in
electrical voltage.
In this research a radial electric distribution system was simulated and studied the effect of
distributed generation on electrical voltage stability -in static and dynamic state-and its
effect when the generator is synchronous or induction.

The current approach to collecting human judgments of machine translation quality for the news translation task at WMT -- segment rating with document context -- is the most recent in a sequence of changes to WMT human annotation protocol. As these a
nnotation protocols have changed over time, they have drifted away from some of the initial statistical assumptions underpinning them, with consequences that call the validity of WMT news task system rankings into question. In simulations based on real data, we show that the rankings can be influenced by the presence of outliers (high- or low-quality systems), resulting in different system rankings and clusterings. We also examine questions of annotation task composition and how ease or difficulty of translating different documents may influence system rankings. We provide discussion of ways to analyze these issues when considering future changes to annotation protocols.

The out-of-stability state of synchronous generator which
connected to high voltage network due to the transient
situations which lead us to disconnect the generator causes
finincial and technical problems. Therfore the purpose of this
research i
s to study the stability of synchronous generator
working which connected to high voltage network through the
transient situation.This research present the posibilty of
returning the synchronous generator to synchronous-steadystate
at the late time of the transient state when the load
angle is in the out-of-stability zone through controling the
rotor-excitation and increasing the generator’s electric motive
force.This lead to increase the generator’s maximum power
and to increase the generator’s stability-torque which lead to
return the synchronous generator to synchronous-steadystate
without need of discconecting it from network.Then put
the mathmatical model.
