ُنفذ البحث في موقعين متباينين بيئياً تابعين لمركز بحوث درعا، الهيئة العامـة للبحـوث العلميـة
الزراعية خلال الموسم 2011-2012 ،زرِع 13 طرازاً وراثياً من البازلاء الخضراء في تجربة بتصميم
قطاعات عشوائية كاملة بثلاثة مكررات. في هذا البحث درس أداء الطرز المختبرة لـ 10 صفات كميـة
مهمة، و قُدر معامل الارتباط الوراثي و المظهري بين أزواج هذه الصفات. أظهرت النتائج وجود تباينـات
معنوية بين الطرز المدروسة و للصفات جميعها في كلا الموقعين، و كشفت دراسة الارتبـاط أن تقـديرات
معامل الارتباط الوراثي كانت بشكلٍ عام أعلى من القيم المقابلة لها على المستوى المظهري، كما لـوحظ
اختلاف في قيم معاملات الارتباط و اتجاهها بكلا مستوييه بين أزواج الصفات المدروسة باختلاف موقـع
الدراسة. أظهرت صفة غلّة القرون الخضراء ارتباطاً موجباً ذا دلالة إحصائية و علـى كـلا المـستويين
الوراثي و المظهري بصفات عرض القرن، دليل الحصاد و وزن عشرة قرون خضراء في موقـع جلـين،
و بصفات طول القرن، و عرض القرن، و عدد القرون/نبات و وزن عـشرة قـرون خـضراء فـي موقـع
السماقيات.
This research was conducted at two distinct environmentally locations,
Jellien and Al-Somakiate belong to Dara'a Research Center, the General
Commission for Scientific Agricultural Research during 2011-2012 growing
season. 13 garden pea genotypes were planted according to a randomized
complete block design with three replicates to study the performance of these
genotypes for 10 important quantitative traits and to detrmine the genotypic
and phenotypic coefficients of correlation between the traits studied.
Results showed that there were significant differences among the genotypes
for all traits studied at both distict locations. The genotypic correlation
coefficients were higher than corresponding phenotypic correlations, in
addition, the value and direction of correlation coefficient at both levels were
different from location to another. Green pod yield showed positive and
significant correlations with pod width, harvest index and 10-green pod weight
at Jellien location, and with pod length, pod width, pods number per plant and
10-green pod weight at Al-Somakiate location.
