و علاقتها بالجنس و المؤهل و الخبرة و مستوى المدرسة.
تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري و مديرات المدارس في محافظة الكرك و كـان
عددهم (225) مديراً و مديرة اختيرت عينة الدراسة
بطريقة عشوائية إذ بلـغ عـددها
(120) مديراً و مديرة طبقت هذه الدراسة مقيـاس (جـوردن) و ذلـك بعـد تعديلـه
و استخراج دلالات الصدق و معامل الثبات و للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسـة اسـتخرجت
الأوساط الحسابية و الانحرافات المعيارية و تحليل التباين.
The study aimed to investigate the degree of social studies teachers’
practice of map skills in the upper elementary stage at UNRWA schools
in Jordan. The study sample consisted of (72) teachers; (32) male
teachers comprising (44%) and (40) female
teachers comprising (56%).
For the purpose of conducting the study the researcher developed a
survey questionnaire consisting of (55) items distributed among seven
domains as follows: (selecting the right map, displaying the map,
presenting the map, understanding the map, using the map in assessment,
protecting the map from damage and directing the map).
This study aimed at detecting the level of school fairness according to
students’ points view, and whether this fairness varies according to
students gender, class or their interaction. Another aim of the study was
detecting the level of self - ef
ficacy of basic school students and the
relationship between perceived self - efficacy and school fairness.
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر ضغوط العمل في الأداء الوظيفي لدى مديري
المدارس الحكومية في إقليم جنوب الأردن.
و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:
أن مستوى الضغوط في الأداء لدى المدراء كان متوسطاً. و هناك فروق ذات دلالة
إحصائية لمستوى ضغوط
العمل تعزى لمتغير الجنس و المستوى التعليمي و الخبرة
و العمر و الحالة الاجتماعية.
و في ضوء ذلك توصي الدراسة بتوفير فرص النمو المهني بما يساعد المدراء على
إدارة العمل بشكل فعال مما يحد من مستوى الضغوط لديهم.
This study aimed at exploring the learning styles favored by Mutah
University students, and to determine if they are varied due to gender and
major. The sample of the study consisted of (490) students; (220 males,
270 females; (305) social science
s majors, whereas (185) scientific
majors), which are randomly chosen during the summer semester
2004/2005. The Torrance Inventory “Your Style of Learning and
Thinking – form A” was administered to the members of the sample, and
their responses on this inventory were analyzed. The results of the study
indicated that the favored learning style by students was the left, right and
the integrative respectively.
