This study aimed to know the Psychological Loneliness and the meaning of life in a sample of women with infertility in Lattakia in the Syrian Arab Republic and the known differences between respondents depending on the variables of the study. Res idence (rural, city), ( Less than 45 years,45 years and over), work (working, non-working), and the study descriptive analytical method has been adopted, and has taken a researcher from the questionnaire President to take the views of members of the tool The study sample consisted the Psychological Loneliness scale questionnaire was applied to a sample consisting of 74 women were selected randomly.
The objective of this research is to find out the relationship between psychological pressure and mental toughness, and to find out the differences in these variables regarding the income and academic qualification of people who suffer from diabetes (A) in Lattakia Province. The study sample consisted of (750) diabetics, (416) males and (334) females. The ages ranged between 15 and 60 years with an average of 35 years. For this purpose, the researcher used psychological pressures scale and mental toughness scale, where their psychometric characteristics were identified through an empirical sample. The research yielded the following results: There is a statistically significant positive relationship between psychological pressure and mental toughness in the research sample. There are statistically significant differences at the indication level (0.05) between the average scores of the answers of the members of the research sample on the psychological pressure scale and mental toughness scale depending on the research's two variables: (level of income, academic qualification).
This research aims at exploring the relationship between children's loneliness and depression in the primary fourth class of the state schools of Damascus. It also aims at indicating the differences between children's in loneliness and depression according to gender (Males and Females). The sample of the study consisted of (814)child (418) males,(396)females in the primary fourth class of the state schools of Damascus. This sample was selected randomly by using a stratified random sample. The tools of the study included tests of feeling of loneliness & feeling of depression which were prepared by the researcher; these tools were applied on a pilot sample and tested for validity and reliability.
This research aimed to know the relationship between Psychological Hardiness and the life satisfaction and realized the level of Psychological Hardiness and the level of life satisfaction for sample of breast cancer patients, also aimed to examine the differences in Psychological Hardiness and life satisfaction according to the variables (age, marital status, duration of the disease). The research used Descriptive analytical method, The sample included (112) breast cancer patients in the year 2017. The research used two measures for Psychological Hardiness and the life satisfaction. Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff at Tishreen University. Pilot sample consisted of (28) breast cancer patients. Reliability was established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability at lest (0.835) for life satisfaction measure, and (0.867) for Psychological Hardiness measure. The final results showed there are positive relationship between Psychological Hardiness and the life satisfaction for the Students. In fact, the level of Psychological Hardiness and life satisfaction for breast cancer patients were middle rated for the sample research. Finally, the study showed significant differences in Psychological Hardiness to the variable age in favor of the more than (45) years, also to marital status in favor of the marries, and to duration of the disease in favor of the breast cancer patients more than (5) years, also there are showed significant differences in the level of life satisfaction according to the variable age in favor of the more than (45) years, also to marital status in favor of the marries, and to duration of the disease in favor of the breast cancer patients more than (5) years.
This research try to defined the Temperament Models of sample of Basic education teachers in Latakia city, as well as to identify differences in the differences between the mean responses of Basic education teachers on a scale of Temperament Models to the variables (sex, place of residence, Stage school). Use the search descriptive analytical method. Application a scale of Temperament Models on the sample included (274) male and female teacher, Pilot sample consisted of (50) teachers. Reliability was established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability at lest (0.73) and (o.796) by Spearman-Brown. Results showed the field of the dynamic operations of Neurotic was the most spreading between teachers , and came after the field of the power to cease operations, at last the force in the excitement field , there are statistically significant differences according to six in favor of female, and there are statistically significant differences according to Stage school, there are no statistically significant differences according to place of residence.
