normal in all patients before surgery. after surgery it has never been transfer platelets in the
case of the beating heart .In the open-heart the average transfer platelet in patients was
(0.23), the average amount of bleeding into Drainage in the beating heart surgeries was
(902 ml) and was in the open-heart (1279 ml), the number of patients bled and the chest
was opened again because of bleeding was (14 patients) it is (8%) of total patients ,

minutes has the greatest impact of bleeding with rate (78.5) .
In this paper the use of parabolic trough solar field to rise feed
water temperature completely or partially according to
brightness of sun is studied, in this way steam bleeding could be
avoided variably. Results are analyzed according to Damascu
s
solar and climate data, efficiency is increased about 1.6 % and
power raised 6 %.
The aim of this study was to compare the effects of
gingivectomy by using traditional surgery procedure and Er:YaG
laser depending on the following clinical indications: the pain
after 2 hours and 24 hours of surgery procedure, healing of

ERCP is an im portant means of diagnosis and management of diseases of the biliary
and pancreatic ducts, and this procedure can be associated with certain complications
.This study was conducted to assess the frequency of complications following ER
CP, the
sample of the study consisted of 292 patients have adequate indication for ERCP. As
expected, Post ERCP pancreatitis scooped the highest percentage of complications, with
3.4% (by 38.4% of all complications), While post ERCP bleeding occurred in 4 patients
(1.4%). Post ERCP perforation occured in 3 patients (1.03%), Either post ERCP
cholangitis had occurred in 4 patients (1.4%). Cardiac and pulmonary complications were
rare (0.68 percent, 0.34%), respectively. Our study has recorded rare complication was an
impaction of basket within Vatter's ampulla, that occurred in 1 patient(0.34%).
The study comprised 85 patients between 40-48 years old ,those have complained of DUB as either menorrhagia ,hyper menorrhea or both, the study was divided to :

Hysteroscopy is a very important procedure to diagnose many lesions inside the uterus like: endometrial polyps, Leiomyomas , uterine malformations , adhesions in uterine endometrium. Hysteroscopy's benefit is shown in the way it provides us with dire
ct vision to the uterus .
Our Research is conducted around complications of hysteroscopy and its percentage . This research included 82 patients visited the department of obstetrics and gynecology with these complaints : infertility, abnormal uterine bleeding, menstrual disorders, recurrent abortions , Missing strings of IUDs .
the complication rate of the hysteroscopy were ( 4.88% ) the most ommon complication was: bleeding ( 2.44% ) , it was the same rate of uterine perforation and acute abdominal pain ( 1.22% )
We never found any differences of complications rates According to different indications of hysteroscopy or according to the technique .
As we found the Zero rate of vaginal delivery to the patient plays a role as a dangerous factor in the high rate of complications .
Then , the Complication rate in our study are little, this explain that hysteroscopy is a safe procedure, and that push us to recommend to us it routinely which reduce the hospitalization time and the cost
There is Some evidence to suggest that the systemic inflammatory response syndrome
(SIRS) contributes to the poor outcome of cirrhotic patients. We studied 95 cirrhotic patients admitted
to Almouassat and Al-assad University Hospitals assessing prevalence of SIRS and its relationship
with short term outcome.
