This study was carried out in AL-ASSAD and Tishreen University Hospitals during the years 2013-2015, and included 174 patients who have been treated. Male: Female ratio was 1:2, and the average age of the sample of patients was 63. Great saphenous vein (medial) and internal thoracic artery Were used as grafts. analyzes blood values were normal in all patients before surgery. after surgery it has never been transfer platelets in the case of the beating heart .In the open-heart the average transfer platelet in patients was (0.23), the average amount of bleeding into Drainage in the beating heart surgeries was (902 ml) and was in the open-heart (1279 ml), the number of patients bled and the chest was opened again because of bleeding was (14 patients) it is (8%) of total patients , prolonged ACT was the most important cause of the bleeding with rate (64.2%), the percentage of patients who had Tamponade was (42.8%), the using of CPB more than 100 minutes has the greatest impact of bleeding with rate (78.5) .
This study aimed to study changes in subantral bony height when sinus membrane was elevated 6 mm without bone grafts depending on Cone Beam CT imaging. The study sample contained 18 implants placed on 11 patients of both genders, each patient under went lateral-approach sinus-lift without bone grafts and implants were inserted simultaneously and protruded 6 mm under the elevated sinus membrane.
The common problem that may encounter surgeons were the change of the volume of iliac bone grafts which used in atrophic region in the alveolar bone because of the resorption of this grafts during healing period. This study aimed to compare between block graft which taken by surgical bur (trephine)and grafts which collected by bone scraper ,in this way the bone graft look like small chips .This study included 10 patients who presented the oral and maxillofacial department in dentistry faculty in Damascus university between 2010-2012 A.D. the patients suffered from sever atrophy in upper and lower alveolar bone for different underlying causes and needed to compromise these atrophy to create a suitable area for dental implantation .The iliac bone grafts were turned into a real bone in the grafted area but the block grafts were saving their volumes more than the grafts collected by bone scraper. We used Mann-Whitney U and SPSS to evaluate the data that collected during the research and the results revealed that the block iliac bone graft which used to compromise the atrophic region would resorb less than the grafts which collected by bone scraper . But these grafts showed that it would be more exposed after surgery than the bone scraper grafts .
Surgical management of septum perforation considers challenge for surgeons ,as a lot of them hesitate before doing these operations because the high rate falling of previous traditional surgeries for nasal septum perforation . This study aims to e valuate modern surgical technique using an implant of thin ( mashed) cartilaginous piece coverd by two opposite mucous pericondrial flaps in both sides in order to close the septum perforation .
Non Vascularized fibular Bone Grafts are consider one of the most method which used in limp sparing surgery. This study aims To knowledgement the early and later complications of the Non Vascularized fibular grafts in bone reconstruction following bone tumor resection. the retrospective study was performed at 40 patients with malignant and benign tumors, the study lasted from January 2007 to January 2011. during this period 40 surgical operation were performed. This study depends on the arshef of bone Tumors unit- Albairouni hsspital.
Chin area is considered as a suitable donor site for autogenous bone grafts for alveolar ridge reconstruction before dental implantation, using large trephine bur(10mm) considers one of several ways which appeared for bone graft harvesting. The aim of this search is to study radiographic density changes following chin bone harvesting for dental implantology by using large trephine bur depending on digital panoramic radiographs.

Despite the common use of chin bone grafts, some neurosensory deficiency of the of the lower lip, chin area , gingiva and lower anterior teeth may occur. Purpose: Evaluation of neurosensory deficiency of the lower lip, chin area , gingiva and lower anterior teeth following chin bone harvesting for posterior mandibular alveolar ridge reconstruction.
