The Study aims to explore the impact of Human resource training benefits
in raising the level of the organizational performance of organizations
(profit level).
We used the statistical program (spssv20) for hypothesis testing and
analysis of the
results of a sample study, which consist of 257 workers in
organization, we used a questionnaire as a tool for data collection, in
addition to many pervious related to topic of study.
The study has reached the existing of correlation relationship between
human resource training benefits and raising profit level in pubic
organization, and training benefits have affected with demographic
variables.
And allowing make recommendations that researcher believes this
contribute to raising the level of organizational performance of public
sector organizations.
This study aims to identify the factors affecting job satisfaction among administrative staff at the Al Jaber Leasing services company, It also aims to categorize the level of this satisfaction and to know if there is a statistically significant diff
erence in satisfaction degree due to personal variables (Age, section, nationality , educational degree , monthly income, marital status, years of service in the company) on each of the flowing job satisfaction factors (payment, promotions, supervision, Benefits , Procedures, relationship with colleagues , work itself ,communications within the company).
The purposes of this study were: Informing some Species of wild
plants at Debah site of Hama, and knowledge of its importance in
rural development in the region.
Our survey indicated for 2011-2012 that Debah site is a rich
region in plant biodive
rsity, Results revealed the presens of /145/
species, which belong to /89/ plant genus and /29/ different families.
Poaceae, Asteraceae and Fabaceae families are the most important
families in the study site. It was found that the region include
numbers of plant species that have different avails, and some
informions of plant avails were collected through knowledge of
local people and were comparised with scientific references , The
knowledge in biodiversity benefits of local people has effected by
many factors: age – experience– porerty .
The oldest people who has an experience know a lot about
biodiversity and their benefits and the starkest villages know more
than the poorest ones .
Faggarat: are an old system to invest groundwater near the surface of the
land. This system spread near dry regions. The research aims to define the
Faggarat and their local distribution, the possibility to revive them in Syria
revealing their ben
efits economically, socially, historically, archeologically and
environmentally because they promote aquatic and agricultural Perpetual
Development in arid regions.
