The purposes of this study were: Informing some Species of wild plants at Debah site of Hama, and knowledge of its importance in rural development in the region. Our survey indicated for 2011-2012 that Debah site is a rich region in plant biodiversity, Results revealed the presens of /145/ species, which belong to /89/ plant genus and /29/ different families. Poaceae, Asteraceae and Fabaceae families are the most important families in the study site. It was found that the region include numbers of plant species that have different avails, and some informions of plant avails were collected through knowledge of local people and were comparised with scientific references , The knowledge in biodiversity benefits of local people has effected by many factors: age – experience– porerty . The oldest people who has an experience know a lot about biodiversity and their benefits and the starkest villages know more than the poorest ones .

We studied in this research the systemic activity of fungicide carbendazim in cucumber plants (Hybrid F1 Milton). The soil was treated with fungicide with concentrations of 0.25 - 0.5 - 1.0 - 2.5 g active ingredient per kg of soil and the month-old plants was sprayed (three true leaves) with the recommended concentration 0.25 active ingredient per liter of water, half and double of concentration. Bioassay method was used to detection the systemic activity of fungicide by putting the plant parts in direct contact with sensitive fungus spores within petri dishes that containing PDA. It has been detected the presence of carbendazim in the root , cotyledonary leaves and first real leaf after 20 days from treatment the soil for all concentrations, as it was observed the fungicide persistence in plants after forty days. In the spraying treatment, It has been detected the presence of carbendazim after one day for all concentrations and for the recommended and double concentration only after five, ten and twenty days of spraying.
The genus Potyvirus is one of the most important plant viral genera, as it contains about 200 virus species, some of which are of great importance. Our study showed the wide spread of viruses belonging to this genus in different regions of Syria and during successive seasons, and the infection rate was 54.25% on the plants of the cucurbit family, and in the samples of the Solanaceae family 34.17%, while the cruciferous family was at a rate of 57.57%, which indicates the presence of these viruses and their transmission from one season to another.
Genetically modified girls are grown in many areas around the world, and the interest in planting them is increasing year after year. The area planted with genetically modified crops in 2012 amounted to about 3,170 million hectares distributed over 29 countries
The medicinal and aromatic plants (thyme Khalili) is one of important economic crops were introduced to the Syrian Agriculture recently "as one of the most important alternative crops, especially" in the coastal region, The goal of research is to c larify the economic importance of agriculture thyme Khalili in the coastal region, This study was conducted on all farmers who were counted on the ground in Tartous and Latakia Governorates, there were 213 farmers ,with planted area reached to 565 acres in 2015.The indicatives of economical feasibility based on data and statements gathered from site of research and relying, were used in the economical evaluation .The study showed that the totally achieved profit per annum from one acre of (thyme khalili) amounted to 151451.81 Syrian Pounds , and profitability coefficient in proportion to the productivity cost has amounted to 283.64%, also the time indicator of capital recovery for (Thyme Khalili) has amounted to 2.82 years.
A new system was designed in portable plants-eater to improve the performance and productivity and for using it in the harsh environment containing like-cane dense brushes with high efficiency, quality and lowest power requirement and to harvest so me crops are grown in small areas. The new system includes three types: link chain, straight blades chain and oblique blades chain, each chain is fixed on central aluminum disk. the three chains were tested on tensile, the results were satisfactory. The cutters was tested in the field on four types of stalk Wheat, Yellow Maize, Sorghum Helpenese and imperata cylindrical. Cutting force, productivity, fuel consumption, power requirement was calculated with deferent rotation speeds. The straight blades chain has the best cutting quality and lowest energy requirement on maize and sorghum halepense, the oblique blades chain was better on wheat and imperata cylindrical. The greatest values of energy requirement and cutting forces appeared with link chain cutter-head. In general, these cutter-heads are useable in weed-eater with higher efficiency than the old designs.
