The present study aimed at revealing the relationship between
problem solving styles, and Personality Disorders among
secondary school students. The sample of study consists of
350 students (177 males, 173 females) in some High School
Students in
Homs City. The researcher has used the following
tools: The test of problem solving styles, which the present
researcher had designed, And The test of Personality disorders
which Mario Rahhal had designed and the present researcher
had re-normalized it to High School Students.
The research aims to identify the nature of the relationship between the
emotional equilibrium and the method of solve problems in a sample
of first year students in the College of Education at the University of
Damascus, The significance of the d
ifferences in performance was
revealed on the emotional equilibrium scale, which is due to two
variables: gender and specialization among the research sample, On
the scale of the problem solving method, which is attributed to two
variables: gender and competence in the research sample. The research
sample reached (190) students, (80) males and (110) females of the
first year students in the Faculty of Education. The researcher used the
questionnaire of emotional balance and method of solving problems,
which are prepared after verifying their sincerity and stability.

consists of 250 students (117 males, 133 females
) in some High School
Students in Homs City. The researcher has used the following tools: The
test of (problem solving styles) which the present researcher had
designed, involved following scales: rational problem solving styles,
Impulsivity style , Avoidance style. And The scale of (Neuroticism)
from the junior Eysenck personality Questionnaire which the present
researcher had developed it to High School Students.
This research study the relationship between organizational learning and career
development in a number of private and public banks، the goals of the study defines
the nature of the relationship between organizational learning from all of its aspec
ts
(methods and styles) and career development in the Syrian banking sector. The main
results of this study are: the employee and the employer are both responsible for
career development, there is a significant relationship between organizational
leanings' style and career development in the banking sector, the double learning
style of organizational learning is the most relating factor with career development
in the private banks، the signal learning style of organizational learning is the most
relating factor with career development in the public banks, there is a significant
relationship between the experimentation and bench marking of the organizational
learning's methods and career development, there isn't a significant relationship
between the scientific method of the organizational learning's methods and career
development, there is a significant differences between the field study banks
considering the relationship between organizational learning and career
development.
