This study aimed to answer the following main question:
What are the difficulties facing the management of kindergartens and their
relation to the performance of female managers from the point of view of the
principals themselves?
This question i
s divided by the following sub-questions:
1 - What are the difficulties faced by the kindergartens administrations in the
city of Homs from the point of view of the managers themselves?
2 - What is the level of performance of kindergartens managers in the city of
Homs from the point of view of the managers themselves?
The aim of the research is to find applicability of implementation COBIT 2019 in Syrian business organizations to improve its performance, which requires the knowledge of the requirements of the implementation, the framework itself and the difficulties of its implementation and its measurement mechanisms through the maturity model which linked to the strategic balanced goals card for IT.
The research aim to study the training and its implicit

in the Syrian insurance company. The aim of this study was
to investigate the effect of training workers to act and how to

this company training programs where the training is
investment long –term the most important resources of the
company researched through the development of skills and
knowledge of this leads to improve their performance in
providing services to consumers.
Insurance companies have very huge money because of its
insurance activity, so they have to invest this money in many different
suitable channels, to save this money and increased it without any
risks.
