The aim of the research is to find applicability of implementation COBIT 2019 in Syrian business organizations to improve its performance, which requires the knowledge of the requirements of the implementation, the framework itself and the difficulties of its implementation and its measurement mechanisms through the maturity model which linked to the strategic balanced goals card for IT.

This study aimed to characterize the factors affecting the
entrepreneurs' decisions during the internationalization process of
medium-sized firms in Syria, and to disclosure the implications of
the differences about the motives and gains from work
ing
internationally through a comparison between internationalized
and non-internationalized firms. The sample comprised of (35)
firms in Damascus and its countryside, which are working in
industrial and commercial sectors. The sample consists of (17)
internationalized firms and (18) non-internationalized. The
researcher has used the "descriptive analytical method" and taken
of the "case study" as a procedural framework, and developed a
questionnaire especially for this purpose based on scale previously
applied in the study of internationalization of Egyptian companies.
In modern economic variables, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises are particularly
significant, necessitating their development to stay in line with these changes and to
improve their competitive ability in the existing world market. This research a
ims to clarify
and specify the role of business frames in supporting Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises
in Syria. The data are collected through a pre-designed questionnaire directed to those
employees, in addition to few face-to-face interviews. We have obtained some important
results and offered the suggestions that contribute to the development of the performance
of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Syria.
The study aimed to demonstrate the importance of applying the
Business risk Audit Approach (BRA) by the auditors to improve
the Audit Quality in the Syrian business environment. The study
followed the analytical descriptive method and the question
naire
which prepared and distributed to the offices and auditing
companies accredited by the Damascus Securities Market
committee and the Insurance Supervisory committee.
The study aimed to identify the impact of the application of IT
governance in banks, according to the Syrian COBIT framework on
the quality of the financial reports provided to its customers, a
questionnaire was designed and distributed to the emp
loyees of
administrative levels (managers, internal auditor, Head of the
Department, Head of the Department). The sample consisted of (198) are valid for a single analysis, and distributed among the (133) single for workers in the public banks, and (65) Single for workers in the private banks. Among the most important findings of the study: the presence of statistically significant effect of the application of IT governance in Syrian banks, according to a framework COBIT dimensions of the four on the quality of financial reports prepared by those banks, where it was found a positive relationship strong between the dimensions of governance of information technology-based framework COBIT and the characteristics of quality in the financial reports prepared by the Syrian banks.

The main aim of this study is to determine the relationship between
the technological development degree represented by (the level of
the research and technological development, the level of networks
and contact), and the creative orientation of the organization
represented by (the intention of creativity, the infrastructure of
creativity, and finally the implementation of creativity) in the
above-mentioned organizations.
