As one on of the sciences of the Arabic Language, this research concentrates on the morphological criticism to al-Mutanabbi's poetry by a few ancient Arab critics who were not grammarians. The introduction presents the significance, aim and methodolo gy of the research, then follows the talk of the aspects of the morphological criticism to al-Mutanabbi's poetry through highlighting the beginnings of the morphological and syntactic criticism. Building on this, it mentions the morphologically-criticized line of verse, records the criticism, and assesses this criticism based on the principles of syntax, morphology and the statements of the eloquent Arabs. Eventually, this research addresses the characteristics of this criticism, pointing out that such criticism carries heavy bias against Abu Tayyeb al-Mutanabbi. It neither utters the truth, nor is sincere; but tends to be envious and offensive, being follower of al-Basra school of syntax and morphology, and considering its opponents mistaken and faulty. It then mentions the important results is ends up with.
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مدى التزام الشركات الأردنية المساهمة العامة المساهمة بضوابط تشكيل و آليات عمل لجان التدقيق في تعزيز حوكمة الشركات. لتحقيق هدف الدراسة وزعت استبانات على أعضاء مجالس الإدارة يمثلون ( 67 ) شركة مساهمة مكونة من جزأين: ضوابط تشك يل و آليات عمل لجان التدقيق. بلغ مجموع الاستبانات التي استردت بعد توزيعها على أعضاء مجالس الإدارة و بشكل صالح لتحقيق أغراض هذه الدراسة ( 118 ) استبانة.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of internal auditing units in managing risks in Jordanian insurance corporations. To achieve the objective of this study, a survey questionnaire consisting of the three sections: Risk assignments، risk assessment and risk responsiveness was distributed.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور مجالس الإدارة في الشركات الأردنية في تعزيزها لفاعلية لجان التدقيق. و ذلك من خلال معرفة مدى استجابة أعضاء مجلس الإدارة لتوصيات لجان التدقيق المتعلقة في بالمجالات الآتية: التدقيق الخارجي، و نظام الرقابة الداخلية، و إ عداد القوائم المالية. لتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم توزيع استبانات على أعضاء مجالس الإدارة يمثلون ( 65 ) شركة مساهمة، و كان مجموع الاستبانات التي استردت بعد توزيعها على أعضاء مجالس الإدارة و بشكل صالح لتحقيق أغراض هذه الدراسة ( 113 ) استبانة. و استخدم الإحصاء الوصفي و اختبار (ت) لفحص بيانات الدراسة و اختبار فرضياتها. و من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن مجالس الإدارة تعزز من فاعلية لجان التدقيق بدرجة متوسطة في المجالات كّلها: التدقيق الخارجي، و نظام الرقابة الداخلية، و إعداد القوائم المالية. و كما أظهرت النتائج ما نسبته ( 61.1 %) من أعضاء مجالس الإدارة يفتقرون للخبرات في الشؤون المالية و المحاسبية. و قد قدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات في ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها.
This paper investigates the proximate analysis of zooplankton and the jellyfish Catostylus perezi through studying the content of proteins, lipids and carbohydrates (as glucose) in three different stations of Al-Khobar coastal area (Saudi Arabia) during four seasons. Physical and chemical factors of water, specific composition, abundance and biomass of zooplankton were also studied. The results indicate clear temporal and spatial differences in the content of organic matter of zooplankton. Proteins values were between 118.8 and 439.7 mg/g and lipids values were between below detection levels and 55.2 mg/g; whereas carbohydrates values ranged between 0.035 and 0.371 mg/g as dry weight. The results indicate clear differences in the content of organic matter of the jellyfish parts especially the medusa.

مدار هذا البحث دراسة ظاهرة الاجتزاء ببعض أحرف الكلمة و هي ظاهرة يبتغى بها التخفف، و تتمثل في حذف حرف أو حرفين من آخر الكلمة، و في الاجتزاء عن الكلمة بحرف من أحرفها، و عن الجملة بحرف منزل منزلة حرف من أحرفها، و إرادة الكلمة أو الجملة بالحرف المجتزأ به.
The production of chitosan polymer had been cheaply optimized from collected shrimp shell wastes collected from Syrian local sources and the yielded chitosan was modified by subjecting molecules to the process of linking the enzymatic partial and to phenol compounds oxidation residues called quinines. The phenol oxidation was done by Laccase enzyme extracted from olive mill solid wastes (Pyrene) and liquid (jift). The amount of extracted phenols from liquid waste was more successful than the solid wastes and thus, it was chosen as a rich source of phenols for being grafted on the chitosan since both of phenols and quinones had a strong activity towards pathogenic microbes. Films were fabricated from the chitosan that was functionalized with quinones. Thus, a double barrier was designed against pathogenic microbes that usually attack uncovered red and white fresh meat in the slaughters and selling places. On the other hand, the research was mainly based on recycling the shrimp shells and olive mill residues that are useless and environmental pollutants.

The role of artificial intelligence in raising the efficiency of administrative systems for human resources management at the University of Tabuk. To conduct the study, the researcher was used the descriptive and analytical approach. In order to achi eve the objectives of the study, the study tool (questionnaire) was developed as a tool to collect data from the individuals of the study sample that were chosen randomly of data collection from the human resources administrators at the University of Tabuk, who numbered (70 (male and female employees, after ensuring their validity and reliability. The study tool consisted of (36) items to measure the role of artificial intelligence in raising the efficiency of administrative systems for human resources management at the University of Tabuk. The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) in the study tool due to the study variables (gender, educational level, number of years of experience) at the level of significance (0.05). In light of these results of the study, the researcher recommended several recommendations, including the necessity of conducting more studies on artificial intelligence programs and their relationship to the efficiency of administrative systems for managing human resources to include larger samples from universities in the Kingdom.
