In this research, we assume that during the detector work, some changes occur in the detector structure that cause shift of the statistical fluctuation range of the count rates and change the time constant of the pulse formation circuit.

In this research, we studied the supply linearity as function the usage time of NaI(Tl) scintillation detector through the experimental determination of the supply linearity of two identical NaI(Tl) detectors from the same manufacturer, one of which is much more used than the other
Static knowledge graph (SKG) embedding (SKGE) has been studied intensively in the past years. Recently, temporal knowledge graph (TKG) embedding (TKGE) has emerged. In this paper, we propose a Recursive Temporal Fact Embedding (RTFE) framework to tra nsplant SKGE models to TKGs and to enhance the performance of existing TKGE models for TKG completion. Different from previous work which ignores the continuity of states of TKG in time evolution, we treat the sequence of graphs as a Markov chain, which transitions from the previous state to the next state. RTFE takes the SKGE to initialize the embeddings of TKG. Then it recursively tracks the state transition of TKG by passing updated parameters/features between timestamps. Specifically, at each timestamp, we approximate the state transition as the gradient update process. Since RTFE learns each timestamp recursively, it can naturally transit to future timestamps. Experiments on five TKG datasets show the effectiveness of RTFE.
Representation learning approaches for knowledge graphs have been mostly designed for static data. However, many knowledge graphs involve evolving data, e.g., the fact (The President of the United States is Barack Obama) is valid only from 2009 to 20 17. This introduces important challenges for knowledge representation learning since the knowledge graphs change over time. In this paper, we present a novel time-aware knowledge graph embebdding approach, TeLM, which performs 4th-order tensor factorization of a Temporal knowledge graph using a Linear temporal regularizer and Multivector embeddings. Moreover, we investigate the effect of the temporal dataset's time granularity on temporal knowledge graph completion. Experimental results demonstrate that our proposed models trained with the linear temporal regularizer achieve the state-of-the-art performances on link prediction over four well-established temporal knowledge graph completion benchmarks.
The study aimed at identifying the method of joint auditing of the financial statements and the stages that must be carried out to complete the audit process using the statistical survey. To achieve this objective, a field study was carried out th rough the creation of a questionnaire distributed to a sample of practicing auditors according to the Association of Chartered Accountants in Damascus, and then analyzing the results and testing the hypotheses using SPSS. And research found the following results: There is the role of the joint audit in raising the efficiency of the use of a preview qualities in the audit and special evaluation of test results jointly. There is a role for joint auditing in raising the efficiency of the use of the examination of variables in the audit, especially the assessment of relative importance in a joint manner. There is a role for joint auditing in raising the efficiency of determining the size of the sample and the factors affecting it, especially the acceptable risk rate in common. There is the role of the joint audit in reducing the risk of use of statistical sampling in audit, special audit is divided between the auditors' joint accounts on the basis of the applicable auditing or corporate functions business cycles.
Drought is one of the most important challenges facing sustainable development in eastern Mediterranean regions, where water resources are already limited and ecosystems are fragile. Sums of weighted standardized monthly precipitation anomalies were used to assess annual drought intensity, frequency and spatial extent in five climatic stations located in Syrian coastal region during the period 1966-2008.Changes in drought intensity were detected using trends with Mann – Kendall test. Results show that drought occurs with high frequency over all parts of the coastal region(up to 35% in some parts),but with different intensities.Extreme drought can hit all regions in some years as happened in 1972-1973. Moreover drought may strike the same region for three consecutive years (1988-1991). Also the results show an increasing tendency in drought intensityrelated to the decreasein drought index values (between 0.29-0.96). This can have serious ecological and economic consequences and will pose an increasing challenge to agriculture and the management of water resources in this region.
