This study shows the application of network planning tool for planning, scheduling and control of maintenance operations. Taking into account that the maintenance process is a project as it consists of a set of actions that consume specific resources and have a data specified achievement. Thus you can create a represents the maintenance process activities. This diagram helps to maintenance process scheduling, additionally, it allows activity time maintenance. For this purpose, we used the project. Evaluating and Review technique, because it respond to order delivery vacillation.

The implantation of production processes by using network planning for mass
production is considered essential in machine production and maintenance . This is more
important when producing items as an integrated project that has to be finished in s
pecific
time and with last cost. The network planning is seen from a new perspective because it
studies reaction method and response method to incidental (emergency) events in industrial
production such as ( machine malfunction, shortage in raw materials…) This study uses
probability methods which considers all previous factors when calculating the critical path
in Network plans.
The new approach of this research is using Network planning for programming
production processes in mass production especially in maintenance processes.
The research aims at identifying the role of training strategy -as an essential function
of human resources management- in career planning for the employees in Latakia Textile
Company.Due to the importance of planning and career development for employees in the
public sector and its role in increasing the efficiency of employees performance and thus
organization efficiency.
In this paper, we processed an array which represents the
human hand image to get the characteristics of this image. So,
we used FPGA technique, and the processing operation is
partitioned into three threads which is carried out in parallel.
Each
thread is carried out using the pipeline technique by
partitioning thread into four segments. After that, we evaluated
the speedup that we get in result of using the pipeline technique
and the parallel threads. So, we have the possibility to design an
embedded system integrated into chip (SoC), and using the
mobile phones as integral devices support the software and
hardware resources.

The modern techniques of the information systems are considered as one of the most
important tools, that most institutions, bodies and organizations working in the areas of
planning and future development are seeking to use as effective analytical
and technical
tools for collecting and analyzing the vast amount of spatial and descriptive information
and the data of the human and natural phenomena, for both planners or decision-makers, at
the various stages of the planning process to cope with the urgent urban problems in
addition to supporting the completion of development plans in record time and high
quality, and reduce waste in energies and resources.
In this context, the research displays the advanced analytical techniques and tool, and
their role in whole planning processes, and identifies the methods of application of GIS
systems as the most efficient and widely used system in the fields of urban planning and
land use, and in developmental decisions support. Also, the research presents a practical
model for the distribution of tasks within the departments and institutions involved in the
planning, to introduce the information systems in their work, and highlights the most
important obstacles that may face the use of those systems.
The study comes up with a number of conclusions and recommendations for the
potential application of advanced techniques and avoiding obstacles, which directly
contribute to raising the efficiency and effectiveness of planning processes, and
improving the planning process management.
