عند القيام بزيارة ميدانية إلى الشركة العربية المتحدة للغزل و النسيج وجدنا كثيراً من المشكلات في وحدات التغذية بالبخار، و كان من أبرز هذه المشكلات حدوث اهتراءات في أنابيب المراجل البخارية، و انهيار كامل في المبادل الحراري الخاص بمصبغة الخيط (انهيار البدن و الأنابيب)، لذلك قمنا بأخذ مجموعة من العينات و ذلك في الأماكن التي تعاني من انهيارات بغرض تحديد الخواص الميكانيكية و الكيميائية و إجراء المقارنة، و وجدنا بالتحليل أن أنابيب المراجل كانت مصنوعة من الفولاذ الكربوني، أما عن أنابيب و جسم المبادل الحراري فكانت مصنوعة من الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ الأوستينيتي، و قد تبين من خلال البحث أن أنابيب المراجل من الفولاذ الكربوني تعاني من انهيارات نتيجة التسخين الزائد، فضلاً عن تدمير هيدروجيني و هجوم أوكسيدي، و كان جسم المبادل الحراري يعاني من حدوث تآكل تصدعي ناجم عن ارتفاع نسبة الكروم فيه التي تصل إلى حدود %17 ، و وضعت مجموعة من الحلول متمثلة في أن تكون السطوح المعدنية نظيفة و متجانسة، و يجب أن يكون ماء التغذية خالياً من الأملاح و المواد العالقة و الغازات.
When we visited the United Arab Company for Spinning and Weaving In the capital, Damascus, we found a lot of problems in the units of feeding steam, and the most prominent of these problems occur corrosion in the pipe of steam boilers, And the collapse in the heat exchanger on the thread dyeing machine (the collapse of the body and pipes), so we took a group of samples in the places that suffer problems in order to determine the mechanical and chemical properties, we found through analysis that the boiler tubes were made of carbon steel, while the tubes and the body of heat exchanger was made of stainless steel, has been shown through research that pipe boilers of carbon steel suffers of problems as a result overheating, hydrogen damage and an attack Oxide, And the body of heat exchanger was suffering from an corrosion Cracking result of the high proportion of chromium in it (chromium ratio up to 17%), has been developing a set of solutions represented to be the metal surfaces clean and homogeneous, and must be feed water free of salts, suspended solids, and gases

This research aims to study the reduction of air heaters corrosion in
steam boilers and increasing their efficiency , by the application of
combined heating of air by steam and exhaust gases.
The experimental data of this research demonstrates tha
theater
corrosion could bereduced by maintaining the exhaust gases
temperature above the dew point of sulfuric acid depending onthe
amount of sulphur in the fuel oil ,by controlling air heat temperature
by steam.Which increases the boiler efficiency as a consequence of
reducing the fuel consumption by 9% as a maximum , reduces heat
loss, minimizes maintenance costs and reduces the time of emergency
shutdowns.
our present work is to study the effects of MgO, the specific
fuel consuming, and the hot corrosion effects on thermal boilers
and the SOX ,NOX compound produced in the exhausting
steam,(or gases).

by quenching the bars with water and then allowing the bars to self-tempering and
hardened case, the process is performed in line with the rolling process, after the
finishingarea. The process is stable and controlled, and it's effective on hardness and
strength properties on reinforced steel bars
The research has concentrate on Thermex and Thermex elements in finishing area of
rolling process.
