يهدف هذا البحث الى تحديد أهم مقاييس الأداء الرئيسية التي تساعد في تقييم أداء
المشروع في صناعة البناء و التشييد في سورية . و لهذا الهدف تم إجراء استعراض شامل
و دراسة مرجعية من أجل تحديد العوامل المحتملة التي لها تأثير على أداء المشروع، و
استخدمت هذه العوامل في تصميم استبيان وجه إلى مجموعة مختارة بعناية من خبراء
البناء من داخل صناعة البناء في سورية.
A comprehensive literature review was carried out in order to
identify potential factors that have an influence on project
performance. Based on this review, a formal questionnaire survey
was developed and sent to a carefully selected focus group of
construction experts from within the Syrian construction industry.
