المختلفة، إذ نتعرف مفهوم التكبير في الزواج و العوامل التي تدفع الشخص لذلك و الآثار المترتبة عليه سلباً أو إيجاباً في دراسة فقهية مقارنة بالقانون برؤية معاصرة.
