Most of the fish stocks in the world are threatened by overfishing and/or degraded environmental conditions, stock assessment of marine resources is therefore worldwide recognized as a major matter. This study aims at highlighting the analytical models used in the stocks assessment, which depend on the cohort analysis using information on the length based method which used when only length composition data for fishery.

This analysis deals with the evaluation of the fuel burnup behavior for PWR-1150 reactor assembly by modifying with changing both, the number of fuel rod which have burnable absorber (BA) and the percent weight of BA in each rod. The achieved resul t presented in this paper enables determine the suitable structure of reactor assembly when fuel enrichment equal to 4.4%. The GETERA 90 code was used to perform assembly burnup calculation. For validation purposes they are compared with selected experimental data for similar reactor.
This study aimed at determining the fish fauna composition in 16th of Tishreen Lake (Alkabeer Alshimali River). A total of 730 individual fishes were collected between April 2012 and March 2013 from five different sites along the lake /Alsafkoon, W ata-Alsheer, Alkerassat, Mazraet Alsheikh Deeb, and Alaqfaas area/. Our results showed the presence of only six main fish species belonging to three families (Tillapia zillii, Cyprinus carpio, Liza abu,Varicorhinus damascinus, Garra rufa and Garra lamta). The results also showed that Tilapia zillii was the most caught fish, and Wata-Alsheer was the richest site in the lake. These results showed a decrease in the number of fish species and their quantities compared to that in previous studies on the lake.
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of early coronal flaring on changing the working length of curved canals by using NiTi rotary instruments and SS manual instruments. Forty five MB curved canals of upper/lower first and second extracted molars were used.
this study a questionnaire was implemented as a primary procedure for any methodology of risk management, and send out to the experts who work in the field of construction, in order to evaluate the reality of our projects as well as determine the serious problems, and all of this aim to form checklists including the major risks which the our projects are facing to be as a guide for early risks alert, to adopt the proper responses to deal with them.
Due to the development of deep learning, the natural language processing tasks have made great progresses by leveraging the bidirectional encoder representations from Transformers (BERT). The goal of information retrieval is to search the most releva nt results for the user's query from a large set of documents. Although BERT-based retrieval models have shown excellent results in many studies, these models usually suffer from the need for large amounts of computations and/or additional storage spaces. In view of the flaws, a BERT-based Siamese-structured retrieval model (BESS) is proposed in this paper. BESS not only inherits the merits of pre-trained language models, but also can generate extra information to compensate the original query automatically. Besides, the reinforcement learning strategy is introduced to make the model more robust. Accordingly, we evaluate BESS on three public-available corpora, and the experimental results demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed retrieval model.
