In this research, we shed light on the testimony as a mean of proof, we studied its essence in one hand, and its governing rules in electronic crimes, and we clarified the categories of electronic crime witnesses, how obliged the witness can be regarding informing about the electronic crime, the justifications of this obligation, its rules, and its essence. At the end of this research, we concluded the necessity of legalizing special regulations regarding testimony in electronic crime so it can be used as a mean of proof to help investigating authoritiesin revealing electronic crime mysteries, punish the perpetrators, and bring them to justice.

This research investigates the problem that discusses the classification of Syrian universities websites, the dimensions of its electronic quality, and the challenges that prevent the lifting of the electronic quality levels in those sites.
Accordingly, the aim of this study is to know to which extent Syrian universities websites have adopted the e-quality dimensions. This is done via practical study to the Universities’ websites, in order to achieve an effective development to the Electronic quality elements concept in the E-business environment in Syria.
The results of this research showed a weakness in the electronic quality dimensions of the Syrian universities websites, which has been reflected in the weakness of the site design and a decrease in the quality of its software and information, as well as a weakness in the services diversity and electronic ethics.
The management of electronic documents is considered as one of
the most important problems that have been discussed in this age.
That is due to its effectiveness and significance in providing a
variety of services in different governmental departm
ents. Therefore it was necessary for many countries to rely on an electronic documents management system.
Even such systems have many advantages, but they have also some cons such as the application inability in all foundations, incapability of sharing data between the foundations except through a middleware, difficulty of following up the dealings by their owner, etc. These problems are due to the absence of a generic and uniform structure between foundations. Such structure may lead to an incorporation and collaboration between these foundations. In this paper, we have made an analytical study for some systems showing their cons, then we have proposed an algorithm for following up any dealings regardless of their type or the department which will manage it. Then we proposed a design for a dynamic database which could be expanded according to the foundation's needs.
