Libraries and information centers are characterized with continuing changes and successive developments, notably the emergence of electronic libraries, which were an inevitable consequence of the evolution of information and communications. This has led to radical shifts in the mass conservation and processing of information, and in the media-borne, and changed the forms of organization and information exchange, but no doubt that was a positive impact in providing appropriate information services and advanced to the beneficiaries. Electronic libraries has made it possible to provide the services that could not be provided and carried out by traditional libraries, and because of the features that are unique to the electronic library, making the presence of great importance both to the users, librarians and publishers.

In this research, we shed light on the testimony as a mean of proof, we studied its
essence in one hand, and its governing rules in electronic crimes, and we clarified
the categories of electronic crime witnesses, how obliged the witness can be
re
garding informing about the electronic crime, the justifications of this obligation,
its rules, and its essence.
At the end of this research, we concluded the necessity of legalizing special
regulations regarding testimony in electronic crime so it can be used as a mean of
proof to help investigating authoritiesin revealing electronic crime mysteries,
punish the perpetrators, and bring them to justice.
There is a need for a standard protocol that provides safe and
reliable commands transportation to devices over Internet/ Intranet.
Thus, we propose in this paper an Automatic Remote Control
Protocol ARCP that helps designers and programmers to es
tablish
the connection and data transport between circuits/devices over the
networks which control them safely and easily. The protocol allows
sharing the circuits under control, where they can send or respond
to commands over the Internet. We also provide a practical
implementations and tests for this protocol using different devices
interfaces and controlling then remotely by building a website with
an easy and flexibly user interface.
The management of electronic documents is considered as one of
the most important problems that have been discussed in this age.
That is due to its effectiveness and significance in providing a
variety of services in different governmental departm
ents. Therefore it was necessary for many countries to rely on an electronic documents management system.
Even such systems have many advantages, but they have also some cons such as the application inability in all foundations, incapability of sharing data between the foundations except through a middleware, difficulty of following up the dealings by their owner, etc. These problems are due to the absence of a generic and uniform structure between foundations. Such structure may lead to an incorporation and collaboration between these foundations. In this paper, we have made an analytical study for some systems showing their cons, then we have proposed an algorithm for following up any dealings regardless of their type or the department which will manage it. Then we proposed a design for a dynamic database which could be expanded according to the foundation's needs.
In this work some of Uranium compounds have
been studied using B3LYB/SDDALL Basis set and electron
density theory (DFT), That is because of the high accuracy and
reliability for the results obtained.
