The public loan is one source of the state’s public revenues, and it does not happen regularly. The state usually resorts to this source in two cases: The first case: When taxes reach the maximum degree, in other words, the taxation power is exhausted. In this situation, the state is not allowed to impose more taxes otherwise this will lead to dangerous economic effects. The second case: When taxes do not reach the maximum degree, but imposing them can lead to violent reaction by taxpayers. Therefore, the public loan constitutes an effective method in the hands of the state to collect the savings that the taxes cannot obtain. Also, it is an important tool for the distribution of the financial burden between the loaners/ and taxpayers./ The public loan has raised a controversy about its nature, the burden it causes, and its appropriateness, and its impact/role in forming the national capital, etc… Thus, these issues will be discussed in accordance with an appropriate search plan.

Opinion polls have been the bridge between public opinion and politicians in elections. However, developing surveys to disclose people's feedback with respect to economic issues is limited, expensive, and time-consuming. In recent years, social media such as Twitter has enabled people to share their opinions regarding elections. Social media has provided a platform for collecting a large amount of social media data. This paper proposes a computational public opinion mining approach to explore the discussion of economic issues in social media during an election. Current related studies use text mining methods independently for election analysis and election prediction; this research combines two text mining methods: sentiment analysis and topic modeling. The proposed approach has effectively been deployed on millions of tweets to analyze economic concerns of people during the 2012 US presidential election
The method of separation of acetone from its solutions by the ‘Salting out’ effect was studied. This was interpreted by association of water molecules to the salt ions formed so decreasing the number of free water molecules because of the formati on of a new liquid phase the solubility of organic compound in which is less than in water. Separation of acetone, can be explained qualitatively but not quantitatively. Its mechanism and the molecular and ionic constructions can not be fully understood by salting out alone. In order to achieve better explanation, the thermal and concentrations conditions of acetone separation were determined. Results have shown that separation takes place, when a second turbid pronounce phase was taken place by heating the mixture to a certain temperature. A complete separation occurs when reaching some higher temperatures. The state of the hydrolysed molecules of both salt and acetone was shown quantitatively.
This research handles the economic effects of taxes and fees presented as a statistical and analytical study during the period 1990-2009 in Syria. It was based on the annual statistical data issued by the Central Bureau of Statistics. Using the sta tistic programme (SPSS) we have made econometric models to estimate the parameters of models of the impact of the tax on all public investment, private investment, gross capital formation, consumption, and these models can be used in the prediction of these variables, We have reached many important results, among which, the clear centrifugal relationship between taxes and total fixed capital formation in both public and private sectors. In fact, the tax itself had not been an effective tool in increasing the rate of growth of both public and private investment. It also shows us that the Syrian tax system depends on indirect taxes (consumption tax) that reduce the consumption of individuals contributing to the decline in the volume of employment and national income, In addition to the significant decline in distributing the national income fairly due to high indirect taxes which consequently affected the low-income category, Show us through the curve of Lawrence.
The level of organization of the internal transport in cities is the basis of integrated traffic regulation that reflects the extent of civilized development it has reached, and the modes of transport to meet the growing need for transport. Basically , Tartous city depends on microbuses as public transport, and it was noticed through questionnaires that microbus passengers suffer from various problems such as un comfort safety, overcrowding, noise and environmental pollution… etc. Bus drivers in their turn suffer from many negative effects such as disorganization of journeys, many stops, the high expense of maintenance compared to the income and many others. That is why it is necessary to find other accessible, easy and reasonable choices. In this research ,three cases combination are highlighted ,taking into consideration the total storage then evaluating these choices by using EXPERT CHOISE program which showed the superiority of public bus in all cases instead of the microbus and the mixed solution ,with a percentage of 0,00 which is less than 1% and also it showed the effective role of using the public bus to microbus in the sustainable development and It is superior to the economic impact when applying engineering economic analysis
This study explore the various geographical elements and resources of the cananean kingdom of Ugarit (mountains, costal strips, plains, river valley, climate, etc), and its exploitation by the ugaritic man, as a diversified economic and cultural re sources, which had a great impact on the prosperity and identity of the kingdom.
