ظهر في العقدين الأخيرين نوع من عقود الإيجار يطلق عليه عقد الإيجار الرأسمالي و هو أسـلوب جديد في التمويل يسمى التمويل بالاستئجار أو التأجير التمويلي. و قد انتشر استخدام هذا النوع من العقود في كثير من المجتمعات المتقدمة خاصة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية و معظم دول أوربا و في مقدمتها إنكلترا. و من ثَم ظهر نوع جديد من الشركات يقتصر نشـاطها علـى شـراء الأصـول الرأسمالية من المصانع المنتجة و تأجيرها إلى الشركات التي تحتاجها لاسـتخدامها فـي عملياتهـا علاوة على قيام بعض البنوك التجارية بممارسة هذا النشاط، كأحد أساليب توظيف الأموال. يهدف البحث إلى دراسة محاسبية لهذا الوجه الجديد من توظيف الأموال و استثمارها فـي البنـوك التجارية، و إلقاء الضوء على المشكلات المحاسبية المرتبطة بهذا النوع من العقـود عـن طريـق عرض و تحليل الدراسة المحاسبية الصادرة عن مجلس معايير المحاسبة المالية (FASB) بـرقم (١٣) و إمكانية الاستفادة منها لتقديم شكل مقترح للمعالجات المحاسبية المتعلقة بهذا النشـاط فـي البنوك التجارية في القطر العربي السوري.

The objective of this study is to determine the impact of the quality of banking services on the satisfaction of customers in governmental commercial banks in Aleppo and to make the necessary recommendations in order to achieve the best performance o

Descriptive statistics was used in the research. Statistical methods were used in SPSS to analyze the results of the research, and the questionnaire was used to collect data from the research community.
The research community consisted of customers of governmental commercial banks in Aleppo, where 270 questionnaires were distributed to the sample and 250 valid questionnaires were retrieved for research purposes.
This study aimed to indicate the level of interest in the application of concepts and
data mining tools in the management of banking operations areas and the interest
components of the environment and the application of the concepts of data mining
tools in the management of banking operations in commercial banks of Jordan. To
achieve these goals, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach based on
the questionnaire distributed to members of the community study. The researcher
found that the percentage of interest among members of the community study on the
application of the concepts of data mining operations the management of banking,
was high in general, where the arithmetic mean is generally equal to (4.005). And
that the order of fields that may be seen when you search in the application of the
concepts of data mining and addressed by this study, have been of importance and
level of interest by the members of the population of the study, as follows: the
working environment of knowledge with information technology "has obtained the
highest average, was the average the arithmetic of this axis is equal to (4.02),
followed by the center of "opportunities to enhance knowledge systems with the
development environment systems research and retrieval of data.
يعد مفهوم الاستئجار التمويلي " Leasing " من أهم أدوات السياسة التمويلية المتوسطة الأجل
التي تتبعها منشآت الأعمال في التأثير في حجم التكاليف الثابتة للأصول الإنتاجية. رغم شيوع
استخدام هذه الوسيلة من وسائل التمويل و رغم النجاح الذي حققته في الدول الص
ناعية الكبرى
فإن هذه الوسيلة التمويلية تعد التزاماً مالياً على المنشأة و المشكلة تكمن في تقرير الممـولين
و المستثمرين لهذا الالتزام، علاوة على ذلك فهناك بعض الأسئلة المتعلقة بالقيمـة المتبقيـة
لعنصر الموجودات و أعباء الفوائد التي تطرح من خلال تطبيق هذا الأسلوب فيما يتعلق بالآثار
السلبية التي تنعكس على منشآت الأعمال، كما أن التمويل عن طريق القروض في كثير مـن
الأحيان أفضل من التمويل باستئجار عناصر الموجودات فيما يخص أعباء الفوائد مما يـؤدي
إلى التناقض و إثارة الجدل فيما يخص ماهية فعالية هذا الأسلوب أو مداه، كمـا أن موضـوع
تقدير العمر الإنتاجي للأصل المستثمر في حالات عديدة يصعب تحديده بدقة، و هو العامل الأهم
لدى منشآت الأعمال المستأجرة لأنه يرتبط مباشرة بموضوع التكلفة.
يهدف البحث لدراسة تأثير التجارة الإلكترونية على عناصر نظم المعلومات المحاسبية المطبقة في البنوك التجارية الأردنية, و قد تم ذلك من خلال استبانة أجابت عليها عينة من المشاركين في هذه البنوك.
The objective of this study is to assess the reality of the professional commitment of
the employees in the private commercial banks in lattakia Governorate, The researchers
identified three types of functional commitment, which included both Affec
tive
commitment, Continuance commitment, and Normative commitment.
The researchers distributed a questionnaire to a random sample of 77 workers. Each
questionnaire included 24 phrases that measured the three types of commitment. They
calculated the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient to measure the stability of the scale, The t-test
was used for one sample to test the hypotheses, The researchers found results showing high
degrees of functional commitment of all three types, but at varying degrees, where the
mean of the responses on the expressions that measured the three types of commitment was
Greater than the mean neutrality of the scale.
