استُخدم في هذه الدراسة (15) فأراً من الإناث , قُسّمت الفئران إلى ثلاث مجموعات : مجموعة شاهدة , و مجموعتان تجريبيتان ( خمس فئران في كل مجموعة ) , جُرّعت المجموعة الشاهدة بالماء المقطر فقط , في حين جُرّعت المجموعة التجريبية الأولى بجرعات يومية من البارابين فقط ( 250 ملغ/ كغ من وزن الجسم ) , كما جُرّعت المجموعة التجريبية الثانية بجرعات يومية من البارابين و المستخلص المائي للزنجبيل معاً ( 250 ملغ/ كغ من البارابين + 250 ملغ / كغ من المستخلص المائي للزنجبيل ) , لمدة ( 18 ) يوماً , ثمّ أجريت التحاليل.
It was used in this study (15) of the female mice . They were divided into three groups : control , and two experimental groups (five mice in each group) .The control group was given distilled water, while the first experimental group was received only Paraben daily ( 250 mg / kg of body weight). As the second experimental group was received daily together of Paraben and aqueous ginger extract ( 250 mg / kg of paraben and 250 mg / aqueous ginger extract ) for (18 ) day .

This study was conducted in the laboratories of the Faculty of Science In the spring
on 2013, after being subjected to gavage for 4 weeks through a standard diet supplemented
fat by 3% to two groups (6animales per group) the experimental group beca
me aqueous
extract 150 mg/kg Body weight for 4weeks while the control group became standard food
and tap water ad libitum.
The Blood samples were collected each week, and then the serum samples were
taken to the biochemical tests to determine total cholesterol, triglycerides and glucose
levels in biochemistry laboratory of the Institute of Intermediate medical in Tishreen
University.
The present study aimed to investigate the effect of calyx aqueous extract of Hibiscus
sabdariffa on liver enzymes Alanine and Aspartate Transaminases (ALT and AST)level.
(12) Rabbits were used and divided into two groups : (6) the experimental gro
up and
(6) control group ,the control group became distilled water , while the experimental group
received aqueous extract, that was administrated orally in adose of150 mg / kg body
weight (b.w.) daily for28 days .Then blood was collected each 48 hours , the serum
samples were taken and prepared to the biochemical tests to determine Alanine and
Aspartate Transaminases (ALT and AST)level.
This research has done in aiming for the effect of extract of Nerium oleander plant in
the level of blood sugar and total glucose , triple alglesiredat and total cholesterol on
created albino mouse which has got diabetes. The results showed the fol
lowing:
- A Significant increase in the concentration on bothglucose, triple alglesiredat and
cholesterol through a serum in the blood of created albino mouse which has got diabetes,
while the weight decreases comparing to the control.
- The injection of Aqueous extract led oleander leaves plant with dose of 200 mg / kg
of mouse weight for a period of ten days to a significant decrease of concentration on
glucose ,the rate of total cholesterol and triple alglesiredat, in addition to, the weight has
returned to what it was before the injection.
For studying the effect of cadmium sulphate on some physiological components
of blood in male white rabbits. we used (12) animals divided in to two groups (6 animals
per group).the experimental one became aqueous cadmium sulphate (5 mg/kg) orally,
while the control became water for 28 days (4 weeks).
We reported significant decrease (p<0.01) in the count of red blood cells ,
Hematocrit values and Hemoglobin concentration.
The specific aim of this study was to investigate the effects of
Methalonic Extract of Fenugreek and Nigella Sativa On Glucose
Levels In Blood In Diabetic Male Rabbits. The experiment was
carried out on(42) At Diabetic Male Rabbits divided into(7) groups
(6) animals of each.
