أجريت هذه ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ في مخابر كلية العلوم في ربيع العام 2013 حيث ﻗﺴﻤﺕ ﺤﻴﻭﺍﻨﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺭﺒﺔ ﻋﺸﻭﺍﺌﻴا إلى بعد أن أخضعت للتسمين لمدة 4 أسابيع عن طريق عليقة قياسية مضاف اليها دهن حيواني بنسبة 3% إﻟﻰ مجموعتين بواقع 6 أرانب لكل مجموعة حيث جرعت أرانب المجموعة التجريبية بمستخلص الكركديه بتركيز 150ملغ/كغ من ﻭﺯﻥ ﺍﻟﺤﻴﻭﺍﻥ ﻋﻥ ﻁﺭﻴﻕ ﺍﻟﻔﻡ ﻟﻤﺩﺓ أﺭﺒﻌﺔ ﺍﺴﺎﺒﻴﻊ بينما أخذت حيوانات المجموعة الشاهدة الغذاء و الماء بشكل حر. جمعت عينات ﺍﻟﺩﻡ مع نهاية كل أسبوع من أسابيع التجربة الأربعة ﻤﻥ ﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﺤﻴﻭﺍﻨﺎﺕ، و ﺘﻡ خلالها ﻗﻴﺎﺱ ﻤﺴﺘﻭﻴﺎﺕ الكوليسترول الكلي و الشحوم الثلاثية و غلوكوز الدم في مخبر الكيمياء الحيوية التابع للمعهد التقاني الطبي في جامعة تشرين.
This study was conducted in the laboratories of the Faculty of Science In the spring on 2013, after being subjected to gavage for 4 weeks through a standard diet supplemented fat by 3% to two groups (6animales per group) the experimental group became aqueous extract 150 mg/kg Body weight for 4weeks while the control group became standard food and tap water ad libitum. The Blood samples were collected each week, and then the serum samples were taken to the biochemical tests to determine total cholesterol, triglycerides and glucose levels in biochemistry laboratory of the Institute of Intermediate medical in Tishreen University.

The present study aimed to investigate the effect of calyx aqueous extract of Hibiscus
sabdariffa on liver enzymes Alanine and Aspartate Transaminases (ALT and AST)level.
(12) Rabbits were used and divided into two groups : (6) the experimental gro

(6) control group ,the control group became distilled water , while the experimental group
received aqueous extract, that was administrated orally in adose of150 mg / kg body
weight (b.w.) daily for28 days .Then blood was collected each 48 hours , the serum
samples were taken and prepared to the biochemical tests to determine Alanine and
Aspartate Transaminases (ALT and AST)level.
In research we studied the effect of vitamin C on the level of total
cholesterol ،triglycerides ، (HDL) and (LDL) in the stressful
rabbits blood by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) . We used 30 rabbits
were divided into three groups:First groupnot stresse

group) ، Second group (Group stressed by H2O2) left without
treatment until the end of the experimental period ، third group
(Group stressful by hydrogen peroxide) was given orally vitamin C
solution at a rate of 100 mg / kg of body weight per a day for five
