• Although cardiac injuries are rare but cause high mortality. • Up to 20% of the injured to the hospital alive. • The key to success is early diagnosis and ambulatory surgery. • Echocardiography help early diagnosis of damage • Midline transsternal incision is the choice in patients with a degree of heamodynamic stability. • Anterieur left Thoracic incision is the choice in unstable patients and is often done in the Emergency Department and as part of recovery .

Primary cardiac tumors are considered rarely common tumors. They are classified into two kinds of tumors: (1) Benign cardiac tumors frequently located in the left cardiac chambers, mostly common is the Myxoma , which is treated by complete good ex cising surgery including excision of the tumor base. (2) Malignant primary tumors, which prefer the right cardiac chambers, mostly common are Angiosarcoma and Mesothelioma, whose primary treatment is nearly complete excision surgery with the help of artificial heart and lung, followed by chemotherapy and radiotherapy, which seldom prolong the life of the patient for about three years.
This study was carried out in AL-ASSAD and Tishreen University Hospitals during the years 2013-2015, and included 174 patients who have been treated. Male: Female ratio was 1:2, and the average age of the sample of patients was 63. Great saphenous vein (medial) and internal thoracic artery Were used as grafts. analyzes blood values were normal in all patients before surgery. after surgery it has never been transfer platelets in the case of the beating heart .In the open-heart the average transfer platelet in patients was (0.23), the average amount of bleeding into Drainage in the beating heart surgeries was (902 ml) and was in the open-heart (1279 ml), the number of patients bled and the chest was opened again because of bleeding was (14 patients) it is (8%) of total patients , prolonged ACT was the most important cause of the bleeding with rate (64.2%), the percentage of patients who had Tamponade was (42.8%), the using of CPB more than 100 minutes has the greatest impact of bleeding with rate (78.5) .
It is found in this research to adopt a new classifier for diagnosing Cardiac Arrhythmias depending on detecting the Electrocardiograph (ECG), where the classifier can identify heart beats and extract its features. Using these features we can deci de if the heart beat is healthy or disordered. Beside detection normal heart beats, the research focused on detection two diseases: 1. Premature Ventricular Contraction PVC. 2. Premature Atrial Contraction PAC. The new classifier diagnosed the two diseases with a very high quality where the accuracy average is 97.56%. The new classifier is developed depending on algorithms of ANFIS Adaptive Neural Fuzzy Inference System. System includes two consecutive neural networks; first one sorts the heart beats to two types: normal and abnormal were the second diagnose the disease of the disordered heartbeats only. This new classifier offered higher levels of efficiency and accuracy in the comparison with the internationally known classifiers.
The entry of computer to many areas, such as medical field, led to develop new technique that has led to the prosperity of these areas, and helped doctors to detect and diagnose diseases accurately and credibility, where the experience of the docto r in addition to the accuracy of computer lead to access to the credibility of high patient and save human lives. A new approach for cardiac diseases detection and classification in ECG signals images is proposed using Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System ANFIS. The proposed approach is applied on database containing (147) ECG images, each of them accompanied with its medical report. The medical reports were used to validate the detection and classification. The proposed method achieved a relatively high accuracy (97%) in detection and classification processes. The proposed approach is developed using MATLAB, and based on its libraries, image processing, neural network and fuzzy logic.
Leadership characteristics are pivotal for the personality and performance of head nursesas evident by many research studies which showed the influence ofleadership characteristics on organizational outcomes that related to , performance, job satisfa ction, as well as the effectiveness of teamwork. The study aimsis to assess the personal leadership characteristics of head nurses in Banias National Hospital and Tartous Cardiac Surgery Center. The study results showed that head nurses rated themselves highly on loyalty, experience and knowledge, whilst nursing staff rated their head nurses highly on professional appearance, and least regarding the following leadership traits: trusting their teams, empathy, and compassion which concurred with self-rating of head nurses. Head nurses also rated themselves highly and significantly higher than staff rating on communication skills followed by managerial skills, motivational skills and finally problem solving and decision making skills.
