خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الأدلة التي قدَّمها الفلاسفة على وجود االله، لا ترتقي لأن تكون أدلة قاطعة للشكوك و دافعة للشبهة، و ذلك لأنها قامت على مقدمات غير مسلمة في العقول الصحيحة، و لتناقضها و اضطرابها، و لهذا وجّه كثير من العلماء النقد لها، مبينين عدم صحة الاستدلال بها.

ظهرت في الساحة الإسلامية عدة اتجاهات بصدد الاستدلال على وجود الله تعالى و هي: الفطري،
و العقلي، و النقلي، و الصوفي. و هي تعبر عن ثقافة و قناعة أصحابها؛ لذلك يحرص أصحاب كلّ اتجاه
على تأكيد أهمية الأدلة التي يتبّناها أو تتفرع عنه، و ربما دون اعتبارٍ
لدوافع أصحاب الاتجاه الآخر
أو مبرراتهم.
فهل تحكم النظرة الموضوعية بتكامل هذه الاتجاهات و تآزرها أو تناقضها و تعارضها؟ أم هل
يصح الاستكفاء بواحد منها دون تعويل على غيره ؟
و قد كانت خطة البحث تقوم على دراسة هذه الاتجاهات بإيراد أدلة من يتبّناها و ينتصر لها، و أدلة
من يعارضها و يقلل من شأنها، مع التحليل و النقد . و انتهى البحث إلى أن الأدلة المتفرعة عن هذه
الاتجاهات المختلفة يكمل بعضها بعضًا ، و تتآزر و تتعاضد فيما بينها على الصعيد الفردي
و الاجتماعي، و أن سوق هذا الدليل أو ذاك مرتبط باعتبارات مختلفة ينبغي لحظها.
This research aims at studying three poems written by Almu’tamed
Bin Abad when he was in a prison. It studies the role of language and
music in building the structure of the poems. Both language and music
reflect an agreement between the form and
the content of these poems. As
a result, a poetic sense of the poems, that Abn Abad written when he was
jailed, can be perceived clearly. These poems were chosen this because
they are different from other content in the other poems which reflect

The study of clients creditworthiness aims to identify the aspects that may lead the
client to a tumble in the future in the credit and burdens repayment, which requires an
advance specific of the factors affecting it, and in order to avoid the ris
ks that may occur in
the future and lead to tripping, this paper seeks to study the most important factors of
creditworthiness, and analysis to financial and personal factors, and determine the impact
of these factors on creditworthiness.
The researcher depended on the descriptive analytical approach in the presentation of
the creditworthiness models, and to study and analysis of financial and personal factors in
order to identify the most affecting factors in the creditworthiness of the credit clients.
The researcher has reached to set of results, most important to analysis the
creditworthiness factors to personal factors such as reputation, relationship with the lender
and other banks, and the relationship with sovereign entities, and financial factors such as
studying statements and financial ratios and predict financial failure.
The most important recommendations of the paper the need to divide the
creditworthiness factors to personal and financial factors in any model is proposed to
assess creditworthiness. some personal factors such as reputation belongs to personal
factors and predict financial failure belongs to financial factors will determine the value
using a dualism [0,1], and any model creditworthiness must include most important
personal factors which in addition to a reputable, relationship with banks and sovereign
entities, and query the banking, and that the guarantees not be a starting point for grants in
any case, the starting point should be in the purpose of the loan, and that the field visit
attaches great importance to the strengthening of the credibility of the financial statements
of the client, and interest in analyzing cash flows to be synchronized between the payment
of premiums and inflows.
Claim verification is challenging because it requires first to find textual evidence and then apply claim-evidence entailment to verify a claim. Previous works evaluate the entailment step based on the retrieved evidence, whereas we hypothesize that
the entailment prediction can provide useful signals for evidence retrieval, in the sense that if a sentence supports or refutes a claim, the sentence must be relevant. We propose a novel model that uses the entailment score to express the relevancy. Our experiments verify that leveraging entailment prediction improves ranking multiple pieces of evidence.
