This paper presents the measurements results of the velocity field of a flow with vortical character behind a cylindrical model with a semispherical head. Three different measuring methods have been used, i.e.: Laser – Doppler – Anemometer (LDA), Hotwire – Anemometer and Five – Hole – Pressure -Probe. In this work, we have used the basic techniques for measuring gamma rays. It is based on the use of a sodium iodide (NaI) detector withthallium activated (Tl). We discussed in this work some predictive methods for time series and it is decomposing time series to its component (trend, Seasonality, cycle, random), Exponential smoothing, ARIMA, then we discussed some combining methods, then we formed a new c ombine for predict time series which depends on combining exponential smoothing and ARIMA using weighted average with MAPE weights, and applied all methods above on three seasonal time series , first hourly temperature in Aleppo in august 2011 ,second monthly milk production peer cow in Australia from Jan 1962 to Dec 1975,third quartly electricity production in Australia from Mar 1956 to Sep 1994, and compared the results which approved that the suggested method is the best.
Content moderation is often performed by a collaboration between humans and machine learning models. However, it is not well understood how to design the collaborative process so as to maximize the combined moderator-model system performance. This wo rk presents a rigorous study of this problem, focusing on an approach that incorporates model uncertainty into the collaborative process. First, we introduce principled metrics to describe the performance of the collaborative system under capacity constraints on the human moderator, quantifying how efficiently the combined system utilizes human decisions. Using these metrics, we conduct a large benchmark study evaluating the performance of state-of-the-art uncertainty models under different collaborative review strategies. We find that an uncertainty-based strategy consistently outperforms the widely used strategy based on toxicity scores, and moreover that the choice of review strategy drastically changes the overall system performance. Our results demonstrate the importance of rigorous metrics for understanding and developing effective moderator-model systems for content moderation, as well as the utility of uncertainty estimation in this domain.
This study has been done to develop scientific research and select talented people of post-graduate students (master students) to continue and get doctoral degrees (degree in PHD) at Tishreen University. The research has been prepared, which aims t o suggest a model for measuring the degree of creativity and talent for post-graduate students by using one of artificial intelligence techniques such as Fuzzy Logic. An expert system has been built that contains an inference rule which consists of three types of tests: (Theory Test, TT), (Practice Test, PT), and (Creativity Test, CT) for each course. This intelligent system has also aimed to determine the ability to make decisions which gives the rate of talent for post- graduate students. The study has reached to an important set of results, and the most important is: Results have shown high strength and reliability shows the validity of this proposed model, the validity of the results have reached to 85% and 100%, by using two different methods to defuzzificate of proposed model.
