هذا البحث هو محاولة لدراسة فقهية تعليلية، بدأت بمقدمة بينت فيها أن الشريعة الإسلامية مبنية على تحصيل مصالح الخلق، و أن أحكامها معللة، إلا أن بعضها ظهرت لنا عللها و بعضها الآخر لم تظهر لنا عللها، تعبدنا الله سبحانه بالتسليم لأمر الله بها، و أنه إذا دل الدليل على أن النص وارد على حال أو علة معينة ثم تغير الحال أو انتفت تلك العلة التي من أجلها كان الحكم، ينبغي أن يتغير الحكم تبعا لتغير علته، و أوردت أقوال الأئمة الكبار التي تؤيد هذا المعنى.
This research is an attempt to make a jurisprudential justificatory study. I started with an introduction, in which I explained that the Islamic Religion is based on collecting the interests of creatures, and that its provisions are justified, but some of its causes appeared to us, but others have not appeared to us. We worshiped Allah, to Whom be ascribed all perfection and majesty, by conceding to the order of Allah about them. If this proof ever indicates that the text was mentioned for a certain case or cause, and then that case changed, or that reason, for which the provision was ascribed, fell off, the provision must be changed according to the change of its reason. Here, I quoted the sayings of the senior scholars that supported this meaning.

Through examining some prophetic texts which include numbers, following its
explanation and analyzing the scholars`statements (WORDS); this research tries to
collect the evidence which were mentioned by the scholars who prefer to take the
number`s
metaphorical and rhetorical meaning in the prophetic text rather than its
real exclusive one. The research ,also shows the rhetorical clues which the number
has been used for its own in those texts to have better and nearer understanding for
the prophetic text.
Basic-level terms have been described as the most important to human categorisation. They are the earliest emerging words in children's language acquisition, and seem to be more frequently occurring in language in general. In this article, we explore
d the use of basic-level nouns in texts of different complexity, and hypothesise that hypernyms with characteristics of basic-level words could be useful for the task of lexical simplification. We conducted two corpus studies using four different corpora, two corpora of standard Swedish and two corpora of simple Swedish, and explored whether corpora of simple texts contain a higher proportion of basic-level nouns than corpora of standard Swedish. Based on insights from the corpus studies, we developed a novel algorithm for choosing the best synonym by rewarding high relative frequencies and monolexemity, and restricting the climb in the word hierarchy not to suggest synonyms of a too high level of inclusiveness.
