Research offers expanded version of the relationship to improve measurement accuracy (provided by Otrenbski), which include correlated or free geodetic networks, with correlated or incorrelated observations, which are processed according to the Least Square theory. In addition to enhancing the Global accuracy, Research gives additional formula takes into consideration the enhancement of each observation (local precision). the validity of the proposed formula was proved depending on the Idempotent matrix. In addition to the general concept of the reliability of geodetic network (described in literature), Research gives the formula of the relationship between improvement of measurement accuracy and one of internal reliability features (provided by Pelzer), and used in the evaluation of geodetic measurements. Research find and gives the basic mathematical indicators of the interaction of processing model with the occurrence of errors in geodetic measurements.

The current research aims to study the effectiveness of Rush model in the grading scale of poor school adjustment College Maladjustment test of the second version of Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Revision Minnesota test. It also aims to test th e effectiveness of the sample of study on the results of the grading scale poor school adjustment using the accuracy Criteria of the standard error and stability and information function. The search results after staging reach a form Summary of the scale process saves time and effort after the staging process listed unit Logit so were some of the vocabulary is appropriate to exclude according to suitability index note that the deletion of the vocabulary has not been on a diagnostic basis, according to statistical values for Bilog, and therefore an instrument enjoy a high level of accuracy extend specialist holistic perspective for all effects and health problems and social and psychological responsible for poor school adjustment, note that access to treatment is successful but accurate assessment that gives reliable results in the treatment process. As it turns out that the best size of the sample in the staging process is (700) after any medium samples tested small samples (300) and large samples (2000) and in accordance with the Criteria for the three-precision, a standard error and stability and function information.
The work demonstrates the importance of calculation of zenith angel of the primer magnetic field of the transmitter-station through knowledge of the coordinates of both transmitter-station and measure- area due to the use of special equations. They h ave great importance for electromagnetically field measurements. The direction angels have been calculated for most famous transmitter-stations in some different areas of SYRIA (DRAA and SUWEDA). According to the results, these angels differed with the variation of coordinates of the transmitter in the same location, and some field measurements have confirmed this method.
Pronunciation lexicons and prediction models are a key component in several speech synthesis and recognition systems. We know that morphologically related words typically follow a fixed pattern of pronunciation which can be described by language-spec ific paradigms. In this work we explore how deep recurrent neural networks can be used to automatically learn and exploit this pattern to improve the pronunciation prediction quality of words related by morphological inflection. We propose two novel approaches for supplying morphological information, using the word's morphological class and its lemma, which are typically annotated in standard lexicons. We report improvements across a number of European languages with varying degrees of phonological and morphological complexity, and two language families, with greater improvements for languages where the pronunciation prediction task is inherently more challenging. We also observe that combining bidirectional LSTM networks with attention mechanisms is an effective neural approach for the computational problem considered, across languages. Our approach seems particularly beneficial in the low resource setting, both by itself and in conjunction with transfer learning.
This paper tries to examine the relationship between analogy and the grammatical rule. Analogy is one of the basic principles and bases of Arabic grammar during times of rule formation and judging it. Linguists were divided in their attitude to ana logy, with some supporting it and others against it. Grammarians were more inclined toward analogy than compilers, because grammarians’ research was based on the existing similarity between words, phrases, and style used in speech reported by tellers of what had been said by the Arabs. They based their rules and origins of analogy on that similarity. Analogists transliterated some foreign terms, Arabized, and derived new words out of them in a manner similar to that done with Arabic terms. However, some grammarians went very far in their excessive use of analogy to the extent that it becomes far removed from linguistic reality to be a form riddle and guessing, leading to reaction against analogy then against grammar. Analogy became an end in itself; it overlooked its original purpose; was then manifested in rule formation of words said spontaneously.
GPS technology considers the essential tool for establishing geodetic networks. Static method of GPS is used often in observing geodetic network points. Establishing geodetic networks using GPS requires accuracy, consistency and economency. This p aper discusses influence of observation mode and number of GPS receivers in accuracy of calculating of coordinates of points. Coordinates of network points are clculated using tow and three GPS receivers and with diferent methods like radial, traverse, network. Comparison between coordinates for network points obtained by several cases is performed. The differences between coordinates indicate accuracy of network method in calculating coordinates when three or more receivers are avlible. When tow receivers are avilable the radial method is the best in accuracy and consistency.
