تحاول معظم الدراسات المعمارية حالياً اتباع أساليب جديدة تسمح بتقديم حلول لمشكلات هدر الطاقة، و عدم كفاءة مبانينا في الاستفادة من معطيات البيئة التي بدأت تستنفد من قبل قطاعات الحياة كافة بطريقة عشوائية، و خصوصاً من قطاع البناء الذي يستهلك نصف استهلاك الطاقة الكلي وحده، و يشكل خطراً عليها بمخلفاته الكثيرة، مما يوجب بنظر البحث تأكيد دراسات و تطبيقات البيئة المستدامة بوصفها إحدى مقومات عمارة التقنيات الفائقة التي تتيح توفير الطاقة، و زيادة عمر المبنى و جعله ملائماً للأجيال القادمة بوسائلها التكنولوجية المتقدمة. لذلك أراد البحث توضيح أهم الأساليب و المعالجات المستخدمة بتقنيات معينة لتسهم في قدرة مبانينا على توفير الطاقة و الاستفادة من المعطيات البيئية من حولها بسرد أمثلة عالمية في هذا المجال و توضيح أهم التقنيات و الأنظمة المستخدمة فيها، بغية الاستفادة منها، لجعل مبانينا مباني مكتفية ذاتياً بالطاقة بل و منتجة لها أحياناً، و أخذها بالحسبان في أثناء عملية التصميم المعماري لتأتي بمردود ايجابي على الوضع البيئي الاقتصادي و الناتج المعماري و تطوره باتجاه إنتاج عمارة محلية بيئية معاصرة .
Most of the architectural studies are trying now to follow the new methods to solve the problems of energy waste, and inefficiency of our buildings. The energy is consumed out by all sectors of life randomly, and in particular in the construction sector, which uses almost half of energy consumption. Therefore, this paper aims to clarify the most important methods and treatments used in order to enable our buildings to save energy and make use of environmental data .

design, And using the latest technological techniques available, And which help to achieve
the goal of the designer in the creation of an appropriate healthy dwelling for a person
practiced by the various activities complete the well-being and applied sustainability in all
its aspects, For use in the development of the current reality in our society and to transform
our housing more convenient healthy buildings.
This paper addresses the subject of design changes management in the context of a
multidisciplinary collaborative Building Information Models (BIM) environment. Within
Building projects organization field, This research aims to use change managemen
t as tool
for design and decision making.
The proposed method for the management of design changes depends on both
modeling the elements of structure based on BIM and using parameter-based design
structure matrix as tool for Change Management in a way that will support the effective
flow of information between disciplines, and thus reduces design changes, and will be able
to trace a series of successive changes within the BIM environment.
This paper offers different necessary models to build the DSM; then they are fed by
the information of a commercial building project collected from design engineers.
The proposed method represents the various dependencies between the parameters of
building and evaluates their impact on the levels of elements, the whole system and
subsystems in a way that allows to identify the critical parameters and predict some of the
iterative cycles of change to avoid unnecessary rework.
This research aims to develop a mathematical model linking the available water resources and the demand of population and agricultural and industrial on these resources, where they were to rely on time series from 2000 until 2011 and study and know t
heir direction and growth, and it was the most important results:
1- increasing the size of the demand (population, agricultural and industrial ) on water resources during the period (2000-2011), where he found a positive relationship between the size of a very strong demand on water resources and time.
2 - increasing the volume of surface water resources and groundwater available during the period (2000-2011), where he found a positive relationship and a very solid between the size of surface water and groundwater resources and time available.
3 - there is an excess of total available water resources and the total volume of demand.
4 - there is a statistically significant relationship between the total volume of available water resources, and demand (population, agricultural and industrial) on them, where we can and relying on multiple regression equation to predict the total volume of water resources through the volume of demand ( population, agricultural, industrial) on them.
