The equipment of reinforced concrete by using native materials
(cement-aggregates-steel) in ideal conditions help us producing
concrete that consummate the Syrian Arab Code conditions, but
these are not found in Engineering Structure workshop that
have
affection of characters used materials in one hand, and these
behavior in the common work with steel –Structural behavior of
Engineering member espial in serviceability stage, that may be
expose accepted limits in other hand . So it is necessary to correct
the Syrian Arab Code's formulas of deformation and finding
suitable mathematical factors and formulas that insure structural
safety for reinforced concrete members under bending moment that casted in structure workshop circumstances in Syrian Arab
Republic.
استنادًا إلى تعريف الهجرة و هي انتقال الفرد أو الجماعة البشرية من مكان إلى آخر بناء على
قرار متخذ تحت تأثير واحد أو أكثر من العوامل المؤدية إليها، مع ضرورة التأكيد على أن الهجرة
و مهما كان نوعها و تيارها تتوقف و بشكل عام على مجموعة من عوامل الدفع أ
و الجذب .
بحثنا في هذه الورقة ظاهرة الهجرة الداخلية في سورية، إذ تناولنا في المحور الأول تحليل أهم
أسبابها مبينين ذلك بالإحصاءات الواقعية أن هذه الأسباب المؤدية إليها أو المؤثرة فيها هي ذات
طبيعة اقتصادية – اجتماعية . أما في المحور الثاني فتطرقنا إلى الآتي :
- تحليل أسباب الهجرة وفقًا لتياراتها المختلفة .
- تحليل علاقة الهجرة الداخلية ببعض المؤشرات الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية .
توصلنا من خلال استعراضنا السابق إلى بعض النتائج منها ما هو سلبي و الآخر على خلاف ذلك،
و حاولنا أن نشير إلى كيفية معالجتها أو تلافيها بقصد التخفيف من حدة الآثار السلبية لها. و أخيرًا
وضعنا عددًا من المقترحات تفيد المسؤولين عن وضع السياسات التنموية.
This research discusses an economic study of wheat crop in Syria during the
period of forty years (from the sixty to the end of the twentieth century)
regarding the production, domestic supply from wheat for consumption with
calculation an equatio
n to the general regression for development of each of
them. To clarify the food gap positions for wheat and coefficient of selfsufficiency,
consumption per capita from wheat and percentage of its
consumption from durum wheat, the factors affecting consumption with types
of nutritive use of wheat and its forms.
The research was classified to a group of secondary titles. The study starts
with an introduction to identify the World and the Arab status for wheat
consumption. After determining the research objectives, material was
presented and ended up with a conclusion and an abstract.
إنَّ الأساليب الترويجية المتبعة في الواقع، ليست كلها نظيفة، و قد يقع المستهلك نتيجة ذلك، ضحية
الإعلان المضلل و تجاوزت البائع، كالخداع في السلعة أو الخدمة، أو عدم الالتزام بأصول البيع أو
بضمان ما بعد البيع.
لذلك فإنّ المستهلك، باعتباره الطرف الأضعف
في المعادلة التي تربطه بالسوق، هو بحاجة ملحة إلى
الحماية، من نفسه، و من الآخرين، و من ثم تقع مسؤولية هذه الحماية عليه هو نفسه، و على الآخرين،
و خاصة على الدولة.
و في سورية تتولى الدولة مهمة حماية المستهلكين بوصفهم مواطنين من خلال أجهزتها التشريعية
و التنفيذية و الرقابية، و لكنها لا تعطي المستهلك أي دور لحماية نفسه بنفسه.
فالمستهلك لديه القدرة أن يساعد الأجهزة الحكومية بشكل فعال، في تطبيق و تنفيذ إجراءات و سياسات حمايته.
The study aimed to know the role of the school in the face of
terrorism in the Syrian Arab Republic from the viewpoint of high
school students, may be a community study of secondary school
students from schools in the province of Homs for the acad
emic
year 2014/2015 totaling (4905) male and female students, and
included a sample study ( 826) male and female students based on
random cluster method, and in order to achieve the objectives of the
study questionnaire was used as a means to collect data and
