This research studies the linguistic theory throughout Arabic Language characteristics and laws which could be Found in structure of language. It also draws attention to the constituents of the mental existence, and connects them with the linguistic deduction. This study discusses the linguistic phenomena, and analyzes the linguistic structure in the same way wherefrom we can see the language as sensual existence phenomenon overlapping with abstract lawsof thebehavior of things.Subsequently, this study tries to confirm the relevance, on theone hand, between the language as a human phenomenon and the mental laws. On the other hand, it relates to the language and the material laws bringing out the beauty of the Arabic language.

This paper presents a review of available algorithms and plagiarism detection systems، and an implementation of Plagiarism Detection System using available search engines on the web. Plagiarism detection in natural language documents is a complicat ed problem and it is related to the characteristics of the language itself. There are many available algorithms for plagiarism detection in natural languages .Generally these algorithms belong to two main categories ; the first one is plagiarism detection algorithms based on fingerprint and the second is plagiarism detection algorithms based on content comparison and includes string matching and tree matching algorithms . Usually available systems of plagiarism detection use specific type of detection algorithms or use a mixture of detection algorithms to achieve effective detection systems (fast and accurate). In this research, a plagiarism detection system has been developed using Bing search engine and a plagiarism detection algorithm based on Rhetorical Structure Theory.
In this paper we introduce a vision towards establishing the Malta National Language Technology Platform; an ongoing effort that aims to provide a basis for enhancing Malta's official languages, namely Maltese and English, using Machine Translation. This will contribute towards the current niche of Language Technology support for the Maltese low-resource language, across multiple computational linguistics fields, such as speech processing, machine translation, text analysis, and multi-modal resources. The end goals are to remove language barriers, increase accessibility, foster cross-border services, and most importantly to facilitate the preservation of the Maltese language.
Language and formulation in Darwish's Jidarriyah, which was published in 1990, are discussed in this study by exploring the phenomena of linguistics and formulation, such as, intertextuality, symbolism, mythology, poetic imagery and repetition. Th is study also takes into consideration that art work is an artistic perception of reality and that the relationship between art and reality is qualitative. In The Jidarnyah, language is discussed thoroughly, and a lot of questions are raised; Language is the only realm left for the poet to reign. Darwish's use of language is always ahead of its time and regenerated. It holds within it the traditional and creates modern figures of speech which amaze the reader. Darwish is also able to imply new interpretations of words. Moreover, Poetic symbolism is strongly illustrated in the poetic experience. Darwish formed the poem by using symbols which unite and emphasize the theme, pulling the joints of the poem together and creating a fundamental reference to read. Darwish also used various elements in order to create imageries, which hold emotional and intellectual realms at a moment. Redundancy was used to emphasize the dominating idea and create a rhythmic balance.
Arabic and Ugaritic languages both belong to one linguistic origin, and are connected with similar relations that came to both from the Proto Semitic. The linguistic materials are precisely read from the Ugarit texts in order to extract all joint or non-joint features. The comparisons and their counters in Arabic languages will be in the light of the other Semitic languages such as Phoenician-Canaanite, Hebrew, Syriac, and Akkadian languages. And since the letter “M” is a linguistic sound, which plays in other languages ( rather than Arabic) the role that letter “N” plays grammatically in Arabic language like dual ,normal, phonetic alterations, and in structuring verbs, names, articles and pronouns. Such comparative linguistic study between the two languages is indicative dictionaric and phonetic comparisons, Moreover, it is a continuation of the old origins of phonetic structures of pronunciation in Arabic Language, a rejection of the indicative alternations and an extraction of the phonetic laws that control the linguistic materials which are under those linguistic comparisons.
Vision language navigation is the task that requires an agent to navigate through a 3D environment based on natural language instructions. One key challenge in this task is to ground instructions with the current visual information that the agent per ceives. Most of the existing work employs soft attention over individual words to locate the instruction required for the next action. However, different words have different functions in a sentence (e.g., modifiers convey attributes, verbs convey actions). Syntax information like dependencies and phrase structures can aid the agent to locate important parts of the instruction. Hence, in this paper, we propose a navigation agent that utilizes syntax information derived from a dependency tree to enhance alignment between the instruction and the current visual scenes. Empirically, our agent outperforms the baseline model that does not use syntax information on the Room-to-Room dataset, especially in the unseen environment. Besides, our agent achieves the new state-of-the-art on Room-Across-Room dataset, which contains instructions in 3 languages (English, Hindi, and Telugu). We also show that our agent is better at aligning instructions with the current visual information via qualitative visualizations.
