جرت أمثلة ظروف إنتاج أنزيم السيلولاز باستخدام قشور الذرة كركيزة و السلالة المحلية Bacillus cereus 21 المنتجة للأنزيم وفق طريقة التخمير المغمور، و درس فيها تأثير خمسة متغيرات (درجة حرارة الحضن، و درجة الحموضة، و مدة الحضن، و حجم اللقاحة، و تركيز الركيزة) في نمو السلالة المستخدمة و إنتاج الأنزيم، و ذلك باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي Minitab و التصميم الإحصائي Response Surfac
e Methodology (RSM).
The conditions for producing cellulase enzyme were optimized using corn
husks as substrate in submerged fermentation. The effects of five parameters
(incubation temperature, pH, substrate concentration, inoculum volume,
fermentation time) on the strain growth and enzyme production were studied.
For this purpose the statistical program Minitab and the statistical design
Response Surface Methodology (RSM) were applied.

Directorate of Environmental and Water in Ministry of Science and Technology.

40 samples were collected from milk from Homs to isolate the
bacteria and study their ability to produce the enzyme β-
galactosidase and diagnose isolates the most efficient in the
production of the enzyme, the results showed the presence of 25
sporeforming isolates producing the enzyme β-galactosidase , the
effectiveness of β-galactosidase was estimated using
spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 420 nm.
