The aim of this research is measure of airborne PM10 and PM2.5 concentrations in different locations in Homs during the seasons of the year, finding the relationship between PM2.5 and PM10 . A portable GRIMM aerosol dust monitor & counter was used, the measurements were conducted in twenty different locations in city Homs in the morning, noon, and evening periods during the seasons of the year.

This research includes a detailed study of the daily and monthly changes to the intensity of total solar radiation in the city of Homs (34.75N °, 36.7 E °), and a direct measurement of the intensity. The study shows that intensity increases to max imum values in summer 1100w / m2, and drops to lesser values in winter 600 w / m2. The difference between the measured values in summer and winter is due to: a change in the inclination of the sun, and implicitly solar azimuth z. This angle is at its greatest in winter and the optical path is at the maximum. Thus, the processes of scattering and absorption increase. In summer, the inclination angle is at its lowest and the optical path is at the minimum. Thus, the absorption and scattering of solar radiation are at the minimum.
The present study aimed at revealing the relationship between abnormal Family climate and some familial factors, as economic level of the family and educational level of the father and mother, to the Neuroticism among Public High School Students in Homs City. The sample of study consists of 290 students in some Public High School Students in Homs City. The researcher had used the following tools: The test of (abnormal Family climate) which Mario Rahhal had designed and the present researcher had re-normalized it to High School Students. And the scale of (Neuroticism) from the junior Eysenck personality Questionnaire which the present researcher had re-normalized it to High School Students.
The study aimed to determine the availability of economic concepts in the content of the third category curriculum in kindergartens in Syria ,to achieve this, a list of economic concepts was prepared by the researcher as a criterion for analysis. The list included six main axes of economic concepts ,The analytical descriptive approach was used.
This study aimed to develop the criteria for selecting supervisors at the Ministry of Education in the Syrian Arab Republic in the light of the experiences of some countries, and to identify the qualification on the points of view of the impact of the study sample
This environmental research was conducted on the coastal water of Tartous city for the first time to complement previous studies along the Syrian coast. Sampling station were selected based on their different environmental characteristics from each o thers on one hand, and their continuous exposure to the sources of pollution (oil, chemical, organic) on the other hand. It hasbeen implemented13sortiesfreelyduring the study period, which lasted fromSeptember2013untilSeptember2014. during which water samples were collected for analysis and determine the concentration of nutrients in, as vital samples to study and determine the types of phytoplankton, which collected, in addition to conducting field measurements of some properties Physical seawater (temperature, pH, salinity, oxygen dissolved concentration). This study has recorded 160 species of phytoplankton in study sites, distributed as follows: 91 species of Chryssophyta, 50 of Pyrrophyta, 11 of Chlorophyta, and 8 of Cyanophyta, their distribution has differed from one site to another and from month to monthaccordingto the differentiation in the environmental conditions.
