A production process includes several sub-processes (working areas) that are responsible for performing the different tasks required to accomplish the mission of the process. Thus, it is important to avoid a shortage of resources, unplanned stoppages and idle times that may arise. The problem addressed in this paper is: How should maintenance be considered in conjunction with plant activities, such as production, quality and personnel competence for easily and effectively identifying and quantifying company losses in profitability and eliminating underlying causes? In this paper, the interactions between major working areas have been introduced and discussed. The major result achieved in this study is the development of a new model (Maintenance Function Deployment (MFD), for an easy and effective identification and quantification of company losses in profitability. Four matrixe have been used for developing MFD model for effectively integrating maintenance with production, competence and quality. An application example is conducted to demonstrate the possibility of applying the model and its potential for enhancing production processes profitably. The main conclusion is: applying MFD gives an enormous opportunity to continuously maintain the quality of the working areas under consideration, which makes MFD one of the company s objective driven tools for enhancing its profitability and competitiveness.

The study area is located in the eastern part of south eastern side of Jabal. Kassion to the west of Barza Al Balad village. The site was selected to construct electric power station. The electric prospecting technique was applied to clarify the f ollowing: ١-Structures. ٢- subsurface caves ٣- Fractured areas and their trends.
This paper presents the methods of designing a model to determine the appropriate points to build fire towers extended on an area of Syrian Arab Republic, in order to monitor and early warning the forest fire. This helps the authorities' process of extinguishing the fire as it arises and thereby protect our forest from fire that destroys thousands of hectares every year. The model has been designed using the tools of Spatial Analysis available in ArcGIS program. These tools have been applied to evaluate the performance of the fire towers in the studied area, and to suggest new sites for fire towers in this region in order to increase the vision of the area. We calculate the area of visible areas covered by the suggested fire towers. We finally customize the parameters of the model to be applied for different areas using different input data, so the users of the model simply can enter the parameters of their own area and apply the model.
This paper asks whether extrapolating the hidden space distribution of text examples from one class onto another is a valid inductive bias for data augmentation. To operationalize this question, I propose a simple data augmentation protocol called go od-enough example extrapolation'' (GE3). GE3 is lightweight and has no hyperparameters. Applied to three text classification datasets for various data imbalance scenarios, GE3 improves performance more than upsampling and other hidden-space data augmentation methods.
The paper proceeds to review the concept of Residential Urban Spaces and their classification, and to limit the variables affecting the performance of the spaces and identify the ways to measure these variables. Then, it conducts a field survey of a variety of spaces in the City of Lattakia. The paper also proceeds to conduct a questionnaire to the urban spaces users and the residents of the surrounding segments of the population in order to identify the users’ opinions and reviews on the current status of the space performance and identify the most important needs and activities favored by the users within the space. It also identifies the reasons behind selecting certain spaces rather than others. After that, the paper proceeds to analyze the data in order to develop a mathematical model that determines the most important variables that affect the performance of the space, positively or negatively. Consequently, a mechanism will be set up to boost the performance of the Residential Urban Spaces by influencing the most powerful variables affecting the spaces and rejecting the weaker ones. Finally, making recommendations to activate the spaces and make it a safe interactive human, socio- cultural environment.
The phenomenon of the shadow economy represents a threat to the national economy in most countries because it is high rates of gross national product., Which includes all economic activities practiced by individuals or companies have been not recorde d officially and not intervened in the national income accounts also it not subject to the administrative and legal systems , it will leads to mislead in statistics and information and making it inaccurate and shows not true potential of the state, which in turn lead to the misallocation of economic resources and the gross national product. This research aims to study the causes of this phenomenon and ways of tackling them in Syria.
