The Caper (Capparis spinosa L.) is Plant, which has an economic value and high medical efficiency. The populations of this plant have an evident morphological diversity in our nature. This research is devoted for studying the diversity of the varieties of the plant Capparis spinosa L., depending on protein contents properties of leaves and seeds, by Quantitative study and Electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) method. The aim is to check if these norms confirm or change the Classification grade of the varieties of the studied plant. Our results show that existence of homogeneity between these Varieties, in the same time an acceptable differences. This can be considered among classification standard to help distinguish the different forms of Capparis spinosa L. plant and still regarded as Varieties.

Five species of the genus Poa L. from (Poaceae) were collected and studied in Lattakia, they are : P. annua ، P.infirma ، P. pratensis ، P. bulbosa ،P. nemoralis. This study put data base of the morphological features which included : habit, leaves , ligule, the structure of the inflorescence , spikelet, floret, micro-morphological characteristics which contained the epidermal structure of abaxial leaf surface, and the difference between costal and inter-costal zones of the 5 species, studying of pollen grain clarified the similarity in shape but there was a simple difference in measurements . Then , data from micro and macro morphological study were used to made a Dendrogram by using Statistica . The dendrogram showed the linkage of two annual species P. annua ، P.infirma in a cluster , every one of three another species had his specific cluster , P. nemoralis was closer to the annual species .
This research concludes an determination of some Culicinae mosquitoes distributed in south of Syria. The study show that there are 14 species, 3 of them were recorded for the first time in the study area, these 3 species were described, illustrate d , and distinguished from related species ,the seasonal reproduction and the habitat types of these were studied . (Culex perexiguus , Cx.sinaiticus , Cx.territans).
A study for tribe Coccinellini (Coccinellidae, Coeloptera) was conducted in south of Syria. The objective of this study was to determine the species and their relative abundance. Members of this tribe important for biological control because they are primariy predators on aphids. The adults Coccinellids were collected from agriclture and natural ecosystems from August 2001 the end of July 2003. The results revealed the presence of 10 species belonging to 8 genera. The investigation included their abundance and distribution in south of Syria. The species Anisosticta novemdecimpunctata (L.) was recorded in Syria for the first time. The Adonis ladybird, Hippodamia (Adonia) variegata (Goeze), was the commonest species. and the most abundant ones were H. variegata (Goeze) 44.9%, Oenopia conglobata (L.) 27.7% and Coccinella septempunctata L. 10.5%.
Since the beginning of the twentieth century, researchers have isolated and dentified spreaded and adapted yeasts to variow environmental conditions and the types of the mediums in which they graw. The industrial features of the isolated genera, e specially those used in the food processing and the stability of their genetic characteristics were studied. Yeasts in medical and industrial fields were also improved.
Primary survey study of the Bryidae has been reported in this research, whithin range of Biodiversity and Ecodiversity in Syria. We found ٢٩ species, which has been identified, and defined their distribution in different places in the north and so uth of the country, also the identification of the most important peristome as a scales of classification, the nature of growth substrates, has been investigated. Three of these Bryidae recorded for first time which is: Tortella tortuosa, Grimmia laevigata, Bryum caespiticium.
