Study of genetic relationship between some double purposes olive varieties in Gellin gene bank

In this search we characterized 8 double purposes olive varieties (Mawi Istanbuli, Khilkhali Khishen, Dan, Mniekri, Doaibli, Khilkhali Saghir, Karamani Modabal, Sourani), which cultivated in ACSAD Gene bank in Gellin by ISSR molecular markers to determine the relationship between these varieties, we noticed that these varieties are so close to each others depending on quantitive traits, which ranged from 60% and 85%, it was noticed that Mneikri was apart from the other varieties in its traits, polymorphic rate was 92.94%.

Morphologicl And Taxonomical Study Of Four Species Of Genus Ornithogalum L.(Liliaceae) Juss. Contribution In Determining The Dendrogram Of Their In Jablah Region

Taxonomic study confirmed of genus Ornithogalum L. (Star of Bethlehem) recording 4 spices belonging to him are: O.narbonense L., O.montanum Cyr., O.umbellatum L., O.ulophyllum Hand.. for the first time in the Jableh region, The morphology of the database was put included (Habit - bulbs - bulbest surrounding Balbs - leaves- presence of the white line on adaxial of the leaf - the green line on abaxial of the tepal - stamens - pistil - fruits - seeds - with type and dimensions of pollens and definition the stomatal type) and linked these character by using Statistica for Dendrogram which showed the presence of 3 clusters, cluster common of two spices O.narbonense, O.ulophyllum, While an alone all of two spices O.umbellatum O.montanum, cluster of its own, and put a taxonomic key to distinguish between studied species.

Contribution of definition the relationship among five species of Poa L. (Poaceae) depending on the morphological features and leaf epidermal structure

Five species of the genus Poa L. from (Poaceae) were collected and studied in Lattakia, they are : P. annua ، P.infirma ، P. pratensis ، P. bulbosa ،P. nemoralis. This study put data base of the morphological features which included : habit, leaves, ligule, the structure of the inflorescence , spikelet, floret, micro-morphological characteristics which contained the epidermal structure of abaxial leaf surface, and the difference between costal and inter-costal zones of the 5 species, studying of pollen grain clarified the similarity in shape but there was a simple difference in measurements . Then , data from micro and macro morphological study were used to made a Dendrogram by using Statistica . The dendrogram showed the linkage of two annual species P. annua ، P.infirma in a cluster , every one of three another species had his specific cluster , P. nemoralis was closer to the annual species .
