أظهرت النتائج أن التنضيد البارد الرطب لمدة 15 يوماً ( على درجة حرارة 4-5 م°) لبذور الصنوبر الكناري قد أعطى أعلى نسبة إنبات وصلت إلى (91.11)% , تلته نسبة إنبات معاملة النقع بحمض الجبرليك بتركيز 300 جزء بالمليون لمدة 20 دقيقة (82.22%) ، و لم تكن الفروق معنوية بينهما ، في حين أعطت المعاملات الأخرى و هي التنضيد البارد الرطب لمدة 30 يوماً (على درجة حرارة 4-5 م°) ، و النقع بماء الصنبور لمدة 48 ساعة ، و الشاهد نسب إنبات أدنى , و لكنها أعلى من 60%.
لقد تفوقت معنوياً معاملة النقع بحمض الجبريليك في سرعة الإنبات (2.32 يوماً \ بذرة ) على كافة المعاملات, و في درجة التجانس ً (4.39 بذرة \ يوم ) على كل من معاملة النقع بماء الصنبور و الشاهد ، و لم تتفوق معنوياً على معاملة التنضيد البارد.
The results shows that, the cold wet of Canary pine seeds stratification for 15 days at (4-5c◦),gave higher germination percentage( 91.11%). The treatment of soaking seeds with superiority was not significant. Other treatments; the cold wet stratification of seed for(30) days at(4-5c◦), soaking seeds with tap water for (48 h.) and the control, all gave lower germination percentages, but still higher than (60%).
The treatment of soaking seeds with GA had significant superiority in the speed of germination (2.32 day ∕ seed), but it was not significant with the cold wet stratification.
