Media language has aroused the interest of linguists and media people as well. Media needs the means to convey its message to recipients while language requires the tool to publish it and put it in living use. Linguists skeptically viewed the language level used by media people in their various means; hence discussing the media language has become valid and legitimate. The subject has been continuously discussed since journalism started in Arab countries and flourished with Arabic channels spreading out in the world and settling all over. The threat of media to the future of language has become more apparent. Standing in the face of this imminent danger has become a necessity and a task that should be shouldered by lovers of Arabic the language, and deeply rooted Arab civilization and heritage. This paper is a reminder of this problem and a continuation of previous studies which appeared in different Arab countries long time ago in which Arab researchers in Arabic, sociology and politics explained and pointed out the origins and seeds of the problem and its development so that the media people and students of media can be aware of it and stand to it. Media performs two contradictory aspects in using Arabic: the first is positive by spreading Arabic out to the learned and illiterate, while the second is negative in which colloquial and local dialects are used; thus spreading mistakes and regionalism; consequently weakening Arab national spirit and strengthening separation among Arab countries

Epistemology as a modern science that emerged at the beginning of the 20th century, , Especially after the earthquake of the basic physical and chemical sciences motivated by revolutionary theories such as relativism, suspicion, quantum and other w here she said the epistemology of all science ... What next? this science extended to all sciences (physics, mathematics, logic, history, curriculum, psychology, media … etc) in a horizontal way, where these sciences have become a basic and important discipline of epistemology, including the science of the media, which is defined as the transmission of information (knowledge, events, cultural spiritual values) by means of technical ways to many and wide numbers of the masses. The media in this sense communicates with the masses, which is the objective expression of the mentality , culture and spirit of society, which constitute the logical basis for this community. The media after the rapid technological development at the beginning of the twentieth century can be considered as science as the rest of science, which are linked with each other, through its general and specific theories, representing by measuring tools and scientific methods. Here lies the importance of this research, which deals with the relationship between the media and epistemology, and their participation in the analysis of the cognitive process and the production of the media content, since the epistemology is a higher level activity, the subject of it is the science itself, it is thinking about science. As we said above the media is a new science, and who controls this science and the operator of it is the journalist who deals all time with new information, as the media message or media content, is manufactured by a specialist. This intellectual cognitive process deserves to be stopped, especially as it corresponds to the scientific thinking that meant the epistemology of a critical study and analysis and discover its holdings and talk about its obstacles. This research also aims to overcome the cognitive obstacles that Bashaalar said, which suffers from every worker in the general knowledge of humanity, the scientific and media thinking in particular, and the scientific thinking of those which is based on the media process . In order to reach the scientific stage and beyond the non-scientific stage.
Abusive language is a growing phenomenon on social media platforms. Its effects can reach beyond the online context, contributing to mental or emotional stress on users. Automatic tools for detecting abuse can alleviate the issue. In practice, develo ping automated methods to detect abusive language relies on good quality data. However, there is currently a lack of standards for creating datasets in the field. These standards include definitions of what is considered abusive language, annotation guidelines and reporting on the process. This paper introduces an annotation framework inspired by legal concepts to define abusive language in the context of online harassment. The framework uses a 7-point Likert scale for labelling instead of class labels. We also present ALYT -- a dataset of Abusive Language on YouTube. ALYT includes YouTube comments in English extracted from videos on different controversial topics and labelled by Law students. The comments were sampled from the actual collected data, without artificial methods for increasing the abusive content. The paper describes the annotation process thoroughly, including all its guidelines and training steps.
The problem of this Research has been defined through the presence of large tracts of agricultural land and the availability of trillions of dollars invested outside the Arab world or in foreign banks and with the importation of millions of tons o f food each year and with billions of dollars and Arab food security is an important part of Arab national security and with the presence of 45% of the Arabs living in rural areas and about 31% of the Arab labor force works in agriculture.
Being a hybrid, hyphenated literature, Arab-American Literature, which attempts to articulate the identity of its producer, exhibits wide ranging references to its Arabic and Islamic background. Surveying a vast corpus of Arab-American writings, t he present paper demonstrates the overwhelming presence of Arabic and Islamic culture in such writings, discussing its various textual forms and, thus, confirming the Arabic component of Arab-American identity.
Arab societies have been going thought major changes since the end of the last decade . And in such an era marked with changes role of the educated emerges because it has to do with creating collective consciousness. This research deals with the concept of the educated and the various paradoxes that have to do with the question of the concept and definition. The research also handles the role of the educated represented in the critical stand to the current social and political frameworks، so the research reviews the causes behind the retraction of the active role for the Arab educated and ascribe it to external objective factors (the entire non_ existence of freedom, the absence of democratic atmosphere, the frailty of national society institutions and the poor economic status) and subjective factors(the intellectual elite expatriation, the variety of loyalties and associations and the non-determination of priorities) the research sheds light on the relationship that the educated has with the social environment and the political authority. The research finally handles the relationship of the educated with authority and society and sees the solution to that paradox in institutionalizing social and political life.
