The study includes 27 patients seen in AL-ASSAD University Hospital faculty of medicine Tishreen university Lattakia with gunshot sciatic nerve injury 11 of them have neurosurgery for nerve injury repair and 16 treated conservatory. All patients hav
e regular physical therapy sessions for one year. The strengths of all Muscles which innervated by sciatic nerve branches have improved for all patients. The best improvement was seen at tibial branch innervated muscles and the worst was at deep peroneal branch innervated muscles. Also the improvement at sciatic nerve innervated muscles was better in conservative patients group comparing with surgical one. The best strengths were at semimembranosus, semitendinosus, and gastrocnemius musceles and the worst was at tibialis anterior muscle
This paper examines the importance of residential area
adjacent to the historic nucleus of Hama city and the ongoing
debate at the appropriate urban renewal method to deal with
these areas. this is vital in order to improve and re-activated
these
areas as it is form a key element in the city center and
have strong effect on historical nucleus .It will draw out,
through a comparative analysis study on BUSTAN AL
SAADA area in Hama, the best method (Rehabilitation
and redevelopment) for treatment .the analysis process
include all factors affecting the area and their impacts on its
efficiency in terms of functionality and visually
Legislation, in the world, moves to pay attention to the subsequent care for
convicts, and then the culprit who has committed an offense and has been sentenced
needs care during and after the implementation of his sentence to be back as a useful
m
ember in his society. This care involves convicts' rehabilitation after the
implementation of their sentences to preserve their dignity and rights.
Therefore, the Positive Legislation has embraced the so-called 'Rehabilitation
Institution' which is trying to treat the effects of these sanctions. This institution does
not exist by that name in the Islamic Criminal Legislation. However, this research
aims to compare the fixed concepts in the Islamic jurisprudence which intersect with
the principles of institution of rehabilitation in the positive legislation _ especially in
the Syrian Penal Code _ the research involves the rooting of the concept of
rehabilitation in the Islamic jurisprudence through the systemof repentance and the
concept of eligibility and justice. It also includes a statement of the method of Islamic
legislation in dealing with the effects of sanctions after their implementation on the
eligibility of convicts and their social status.
This research related to the reappointment of the main roads and railways in the
event of loss (Axis elements in the horizontal projected: Straight lines. Circular curves.
Between these two elements are introduced Transit Curves), and also rehabili
tation,
commensurate with the developments taking place in the present time. The program is
designed to also facilitate this work using the language of MATLAB.
There are several questions present themselves:
- What are the requirements for work (Field or desktop)?
- What are the proposals for the development of the current reality of the road
network and railways in the study area and rehabilitation?
- What are the tools that allow transfer of theoretical study to a realistic work
progress on the ground?
The research
discusses roads rehabilitation using foamed bitumen, which is a
relatively new method and hasn’t been used in Syria yet due to the
lack of the needed labrotory equipments ,and that’s why the main
aim of the research is to develop a mo
del to stimulate the labrotory
experiments needed to evaluate the performance of the rehabilitated
pavement (surface deflection – strain ). The model was developed
using the finite elements method with the help of ABAQUS
modelling software.
