The International Classification of Diseases (ICD) is a system for systematically recording patients' diagnoses. Clinicians or professional coders assign ICD codes to patients' medical records to facilitate funding, research, and administration. In m ost health facilities, clinical coding is a manual, time-demanding task that is prone to errors. A tool that automatically assigns ICD codes to free-text clinical notes could save time and reduce erroneous coding. While many previous studies have focused on ICD coding, research on Swedish patient records is scarce. This study explored different approaches to pairing Swedish clinical notes with ICD codes. KB-BERT, a BERT model pre-trained on Swedish text, was compared to the traditional supervised learning models Support Vector Machines, Decision Trees, and K-nearest Neighbours used as the baseline. When considering ICD codes grouped into ten blocks, the KB-BERT was superior to the baseline models, obtaining an F1-micro of 0.80 and an F1-macro of 0.58. When considering the 263 full ICD codes, the KB-BERT was outperformed by all baseline models at an F1-micro and F1-macro of zero. Wilcoxon signed-rank tests showed that the performance differences between the KB-BERT and the baseline models were statistically significant.
AlSin Spring spurts at the foot of coastal mountains and pours in The Mediterranean sea near Arab-Almulk village. Presently, spring water used for drinking, irrigation and industry, while excess water goes to sea. Current research aims to determin e the daily discharge response to daily rainfall, and to set an equation for recession discharge for predicting spring discharge and volumes of flow after definite time from the beginning of spring base flow, which allows to operate and manipulate available water resources through an optimum design of water intake from this spring. Response time of AlSin Spring between (3-5) days for average discrete daily rainfall with high intensity which caused 0.5 ~ 1.0 m3/sec increasing in spring discharge value. Yearly discharge trends to decrease with a rate of 0.0975 m3/sec between 1974 and 2016 years. While the monthly minimum discharges increase about 0.1284 m3/sec, and monthly maximums decrease about 0.0752 m3/sec between 1994 and 2016. We recommend adopting recession curve analysis to predict the optimal discharge of springs within definite periods.
In the present study, a number of nozzles have been examined on the openings of a tank wall to show behavior of the flow through it. The flow was measured at different nozzles for variable water heights in the tank, the flow lines were marked in d ifferent cases. A modification was made to the geometric shape of the nozzles, the measurement and drawing of the different flow curves were carried out.
The aim of this study is investigate in using refrigerants mixtures as substitute to R134a in a testing compression refrigeration cycle designed to work with a mass of 100g of R134a without make changing or modification in the cycle. The new mixtur e that made it is ozone-friendly, safe for using and consists of R134a, propane R290, butane R600, we use three various types of this mixture and the coefficient of performance (COP) and other properties was compared with R134a on the same conditions and on different evaporation temperature. The results shows the refrigerant mixture (M40) has higher coefficient of performance (COP) than that of R134a by about 7.77% and increasing the refrigeration effect about 30% and decreasing the discharge temperature from compressor 3.2% compared with R134a. This study support possibility of using refrigerant mixtures in refrigeration cycle that designed to work with pure refrigerant (single component) without making any change in the cycle also it support the possibility of using refrigerant that have an excellent thermodynamic properties and environmentally friendly like Propane and butane but there are some warning from using it because their flaming.
The problem of gliding discharges on high voltage equipment is faced in practice, coith inclined interface, such as cable terminations, bushings. Many researches present very important results about the relationship between the applied voltages and this partial discharge . But studies about the insulation systems that have small cross capacitor or that have air gaps are limited, considering many points, one of them: the discharge procedure looks like the partial discharge in insulators, with longitudinal interfaces. Achieving precise relationships for such systems and finding the actual discharge behavior gives high scientific efficiency and important application for design of high voltages devices, especially when high voltages, which are changing with time voltage like alternatring and lightning voltages, are applied.
In this research, we described the behavior of the valve by a mathematical model of the discharge pressure valve and then we studied the vibrations frequency of the hydraulic system which has plotted the pressure in a short period of piston pump in absence and in presence of discharge pressure valve. The results of this study showed special vibrations frequency relationship of the discharge pressure valve and hydraulic system where this relationship could decide the effectiveness of the protection system before loading. It also showed that dynamic pressure factor in absence of discharge pressure valve is j1=110% while the presence of the valve is j2 = 20%.
Hydrological studies in Syria- in general- based on classical methods to derive catchment areas of road culverts or estimating the design storm for these catchments. Such operations have a significant degree of complexity, effort and time costing, up to implementing clear concept about streams crossing the road and deriving the catchments boundaries to estimate the designing storm discharge according to road classification and passing facility type preventing road inundation or demolition. In this study the GIS technique was used to derive catchments for all outlets on this road and the morphological properties were estimated. The developed hydrological model for studied road allows designers to evaluate more accurate solutions in such engineering cases like determiningthe best locations for culverts on roads, estimating design storm and design discharge for those outlets and all other engineering characteristics “designing parameters” such as longitudinal slope, span, area, number of openings. as it allows the development of various economic solutions in order to choose the best one from both engineering and economic view points, according to road classification and storm probability.
This paper presents an experimental investigation of the flow pattern and wall pressure due to the change of the opening discharge diameter in cylindrical silos. The experiments were performed on a metal silo prototype using corn as a granular mater ial. The silo prototype used in the study was built of a metallic cylinder, which can be opened longitudinally allowing the observation of the flow pattern through a plexi-glass wall, and the wall pressure distribution was measured using a special granular pressure transducer. The present study revealed unexpected results to what might be expected through current theoretical knowledge.
Scholars spoke on condition that the right which is owned by the owner to give it up to him, may relinquish it; owner of the King has the right, and have to dispose of it, properly, and the health of disabsolution depends on the former king; not on ly acquitted acquitted Ibra right holder. In some cases located disabsolution which is not the right holder, and most important of these issues, disabsolution the guardian of the orphan's wealth, and disabsolution the guardian of the dowry, which are taken over, and disabsolution the mother of her husband from the custody of the minor, and disabsolution the agent from the wealth of his client, and healing the curious, is located such Healing?, or not?, the researcher defined the disabsolution, and to study these issues and the statement of its judgment, has concluded a researcher to several conclusions, the most important, is intended disabsolution: "concession holder the right to his right, who has disposed of it", and disabsolution of the dowry before entering is the right of the husband, and that the right of custody right enjoined Shara cuddled and mother has more right than others in the nursery may have a disabsolution from custody, and the public agency, including discharge, and disabsolution curious void.
In this paper, an oblique side weir was studied by nine models installed at the entrance of side channel at an angles (300,450,600,750 and 900) respected to side channel wall and installed at two directions, with flow direction and opposite it. The models were tested by five different flows passing over them so, the number of runs is 45. The hydraulic characteristics of flow over vertical and oblique side weir were studied, and the results show increasing of discharge over side weir when installed at an oblique direction and the average increases when their inclination at left direction was greater (6%) than that right direction. Equations were predicted for calculation of discharge coefficient (Cd) and coefficient of energy loss (k) for two directions and the water surface profile for vertical and oblique side weir in two directions is plotted.
