The research aims to find a way to calculate the hydrodynamic and thermal characteristics of devices absorption foam used in the wet roads to clean the combustion products of SO2 to increase the effectiveness of these methods and economic. For it h as been studied heat exchange and hydrodynamic device absorption with bilateral phase moving layer (foam) with different models of contact devices, and on the basis of experimental data and mathematical analysis have been obtained equations that allow assessment of the impact of contextual factors in the core layer foam variables. It was also stressed that the heat exchange in the field of foam layer is characterized by high efficiency heat exchange between the gas and the liquid in the foam layer and between the foam layer and the surface submerged, and give the temperature coefficient depends on the initial conditions of gaseous and liquid phase and the temperatures of the dew point of the gas and liquid teams at the entrance device absorption. As for the effectiveness of cleaning the combustion gases from the cleaning degree of SO2 in the upper border of the foam system up to (95,95%) on stage touches one. The study also allowed increase reliability for wet cleaning system by selecting the optimum poisoning and on the basis of data obtained.
This research focuses on the possibility of exploit self-* properties of autonomic computing making mobile networks, which is characterized by geographical widespreading and complexity, act as autonomic networks. This allows for the exclusion of huma n intervention that is a source of delay and error. The main objectives are to reduce operating expenses and ensure continuity of service by reducing the impact of coverage gaps, which result from the out of service network stations due to malfunctions, by compensating through the neighboring cells, ensuring optimal investment of available resources, increase revenues and overcome the current complexity of managing the current existing and as well as future generations of networks. Since the transformation of any management system into a fully self-contained system is not done in a single step, the studies focus on the enhancement of the individual properties each of them gradually and proportional with the capability of systems and their arithmetic resources. For this purpose, the application of self-healing within mobile communication systems and its mechanisms, profits and challenges was discussed. Since the compensation was at the expense of the resources allocated to the compensatory station, it is normal that there is a partial reduction in the quality of service at the expense of increased user and coverage gap.
In this research, We interest to studying two methods of ways to increase the reliability of wireless communication, namely: hybrid retransmission protocols (HARQ Protocols) and adaptive coding data (Adaptive Coding), in order for the wireless commun ication system between two points: the first is fixed and represents the control and leadership station .The second represents a body moving and it is controlled from the command station , it performs various measurements and sent it to the command station.
