In this research, We interest to studying two methods of ways to increase the reliability of wireless communication, namely: hybrid retransmission protocols (HARQ Protocols) and adaptive coding data (Adaptive Coding), in order for the wireless communication system between two points: the first is fixed and represents the control and leadership station .The second represents a body moving and it is controlled from the command station , it performs various measurements and sent it to the command station.

This works aims to study the performance of the mobile system via studying the effects of adaptive modulation technique on the data rate. Fuzzy logic technique is used as a tool to analyze the data rate of the downlink connection depending on type of modulation, coverage quality and the distant between the receiver and the transmitter. For parameters were considered as input parameters for the fuzzy logic system mainly are: power of the station, quality of coverage, the type of modulation technique and the signal to interface noise ratio. One parameter is used as an output of the fuzzy system which is spectrum efficiency in bit per second per hertz. Analytical study to select the optimal data rates for different modulation techniques will be considered. Additionally, studying the input and output memberships of the data rate parameters using fuzzy logic will be explained. Keywords: Data rate, downlink, signal to noise ratio, modulation type, Fuzzy logic, spectrum efficiency.
Suspension system is considered one of the most important components of modern automobiles as it is the responsible for the vehicle’s stability, balance and safety. The presence of robust controller is very necessary in order to ensure full interac tion between suspension components and making accurate decisions at the right time. This paper proposes to design an Extended Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (EANFIS) controller for suspension system in quarter car model. The proposed controller is used as decision maker In order to contribute in absorbing shocks caused by bumpy roads, and to prevent vibrations from reaching the cockpit. Furthermore, it provides stability and coherence required to reduce the discomfort felt by passengers, which arises from road roughness, which in turn, improve the road handling. The MATLAB Simulink is used to simulate the proposed controller with the controlled model and to display the responses of the controlled model under different types of disturbance. In addition, a comparison between EANFIS controller, Fuzzy controller and open loop model (passive suspension) was done with different types of disturbance on order to evaluate the performance of the proposed model. Controller has shown excelled performance in terms of reducing displacements, velocity and acceleration.
Most image and video coding techniques are based on the method of Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) after partitioning the image into square blocks. This method is called block DCT (BDCT). It is considered as one of the best methods of image and vid eo compression. However, in cases of high compression ratios, the BDCT method results in the block boundaries being visible in the reconstructed image (after decoding). This distortion is called the blocking effect or blocking artifacts. In this research we illustrate the blocking effect and its causes. Then, we propose two methods for reducing the blocking effect using a 3-mode adaptive filtering and a 3-mode adaptive interpolation. We realize the two proposed methods by two suitable algorithms, seeking to effectively and relatively simply reduce the blocking artifacts without causing degradation of the other characteristics of the image quality (taking into account some specific requirements of video coding). We present the results of applying both the algorithms. The results show the effectiveness of the two proposed methods.
Multi hop wireless networks face many challenges basically the limitation of bandwidth, loss of packets because of many problems in wireless medium also loss of paths because of the random and unpredictable movement of wireless nodes, which reduce the performance of these networks. Recently, Network coding has been used as promising technology that achieves the reliable transfer of data in wireless networks with high throughput. Considering the efficiency of this technology and with benefiting from both the same cost paths and the broadcasting property of wireless medium, a multi transmission mechanism for random linear network coding has been proposed in multi hop wireless networks, which depends on multicasting of coded packets on the same cost paths.
Difficult samples of the minority class in imbalanced text classification are usually hard to be classified as they are embedded into an overlapping semantic region with the majority class. In this paper, we propose a Mutual Information constrained S emantically Oversampling framework (MISO) that can generate anchor instances to help the backbone network determine the re-embedding position of a non-overlapping representation for each difficult sample. MISO consists of (1) a semantic fusion module that learns entangled semantics among difficult and majority samples with an adaptive multi-head attention mechanism, (2) a mutual information loss that forces our model to learn new representations of entangled semantics in the non-overlapping region of the minority class, and (3) a coupled adversarial encoder-decoder that fine-tunes disentangled semantic representations to remain their correlations with the minority class, and then using these disentangled semantic representations to generate anchor instances for each difficult sample. Experiments on a variety of imbalanced text classification tasks demonstrate that anchor instances help classifiers achieve significant improvements over strong baselines.
