مشروع بحثي يشرح فيه عملية البحث عن عمل ووظيفة والطر والأساليب والوسائل التي تساعدك في البحث مع بعض النصائح والتوصيات للعمل فيها او تجنبها اثناء بحث الخريج الجامعي عن فرصة عمل او وظيفة
يعد عنصر العمل أهم عناصر الإنتاج، و الاستثمار فيه يفوق الاستثمار في باقي العناصر.
و في هذا السياق جرى إعداد هذا البحث لدراسة المشاكل التي تعترض إنتاجية العمال في أثناء قيامهم بعملهم، و التي تؤثر بشكل مباشر في مستوى أدائهم و إنتاجيتهم، و ذلك على عكس
الوضع بالنسبة إلى عناصر الإنتاج الأخرى التي يمكن التحكم فيها بشكل أو بآخر. و قد اخترنا بعض شركات الصناعات الغذائية في سورية نظراً إلى الدور الكبير الذي يؤديه قطاع الصناعات الغذائية في سورية في دعم الاقتصاد الوطني و في رفد الموازنة العامة للدولة بموارد كبيرة.
Woman has struggled for a long time through Liberation Movements and Women Associations to achieve her freedom and the equality with men to get some of her rights, and among these rights there's the right to work or work outside the home, previously
women's work was only at home with some handwork and agricultural works, and here it must be pointed out that seeking women to work was the result of several motives of social and economic reasons, which led to several results that reflected on woman, family and community life.
The aim of this study was to determine to what extent that assistant
Deans of academic affaires at Sana'a and Taiz Universities apply Total
Quality Management Principles (TQMP) in their work. Therefore, this
study was trying to answer the followin
g questions:
1. To what extent that TQMP are applied at Sana'a and Taiz Universities
by Assistant Deans of Academic Affaires.
2. Are there statistical significant differences attribute to some
independent Variables such as university, academic rank, and job
position?
