In the present paper, we discuss the influence of point defects on electrical and optical characteristics of ZnO thin films grown by the atomic layer deposition (ALD) method on glass and silicon substrates at low temperature (100°C). Room temperatu re photoluminescence (RT PL) spectra, secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS), and Hall Effect measurements were made for as-grown ZnO layers. The annealing process was performed in air as well as in N2 atmosphere at 400°C for half an hour. The long annealing resulted in a larger reduction in electron concentration. Simultaneously, an evident increase in carrier's mobility was observed, which may suggest that annealing resulted in a decreased number of native defects in the ZnO layers. Also, it was observed that hydrogen atoms in ZnO samples did not dominate their electrical properties with the increase of electrons concentration.
The work could be considered as a continuous study of (XRL) X – ray luminescence - spectra of pure, and mixed Zno different AL ions, In these films and other crystals powders prepared by new developed te chnology. We studied the pure and ZnO thin films. mixed with an AL - ions in the fielol (200-700)nm ,at different weig hrs (5,10,15,20)wt% prepared by thermal evaporation. This way is cheep and a simple technology. Our study showed different spectra peaks at the wavelengths(335,410,521)nm anol (t=20ns)produced, at different peaks intensities of the prepared thin films, compared with those jure and mixeol ZnO ones, spray pyrolysis. This research could be considered as a continuous study of luminescence spectrum of praseodymium cascade photon emission Pr3+ of 1% ions effect on Li2YB5O10 and LaF3 crystals. The Li2YB5O10 crystal shows many spectrum peaks, mainly of 272nm and 300nm wavelengths of luminescence decay τ=10.6 ns. The other crystal LaF3 shows two sharp spectrums of 478.6nm and 485.5nm wavelengths, which are due to the energetic transitions of 3P0→3H4 of luminescence decay τ=1.8 ns. This study proves that these two crystals exhibit good luminescence properties as promising compounds for laser and medical equipments to be used in radiation detectors and other research domains. The measurements were done in Tech-governmental University of Petersburg, Russia, 2008.
The study aims to determine the Seroprevalence of anti-H. pylori antibodies in patients with peptic complaints using indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA), and compare serology with histological examination of biopsies from upper gastrointestinal e ndoscopy to evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of this assay. The Study sample included 120 participants divided into two groups: 69 patients with peptic complaints who underwent upper GI endoscopy in Al-Assad Hospital in Lattakia (average age 47 years old), and 51 volunteers without peptic complaints (average age 33 years old). The study was conducted in the period between February 2011 and March 2012. Indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA) was used to study the seroprevalence of anti-H. pylori antibodies and fluorescence intensity in the two groups. The results showed that 63 of the patients group (91.3%) and 39 of volunteers (76.47%) are anti-H. pylori antibodies positive. The comparison of serology with histological examination of biopsies showed a sensitivity and specificity of 78% and 80% respectively in the presence of moderate and strong degree of fluorescence. The results reveal the importance of IFA as a non-invasive screening test besides the endoscopy, and the utility of this technique for the epidemiologic studies in a local setting.
Ozone is now considerd as a pharmaceutical, non operative ,new clinical treatment for carious lesions. The purpose of this study was to assess the efficacy of Ozone for the management of pit and fissure caries lesions in first permanent molars.
Aim:This study was conducted to compare the in vivo effectiveness of DIAGNOdent pen with conventional methods (visual and radiographic examination) for the detection of occlusal and approximal caries in primary molars.
It is found that the ferric ions, as a catalyst, have a weak effect on the oxidation of luminol "triaminophtal hydrazid" by (DPCA) and through chemiluminescence reaction. For increasing the catalytic activity of ferric ions we used organic and non organic compounds. The best compound was o – phenathroline. It forms two different complexes with ferric (A) and ferrous (B) ions (A, B). The formation of hydrolyzed mixture of the complexes (Ph-Fe3+) depends on the pH. We found that (Ph-Fe3+) complex was very effective in chime-luminescence process above mentioned.

Due to the intrinsic electric field an electric cu rrent will flow (Electron beam induced current EBIC) in an appropriate external electric circiut. When an external forward electric field is applied an electric current IF will flow, helping in electron-hole which combination produc an additional cathodo-lumines-cence. the study of cothodolumines- cence intensity variations will give electronic properties and electric structure of the space - charge.
قمنا من خلال هذا البحث بتغطية بعض الجوانب المناعية للطفيلي، حيث عزل طفيلي الليشمانية من أشخاص مصابين بداء الليشمانية الجلدي، من منطقة الرحيبة (ريف دمشق)، ثم استنبت الطفيلي في البداية على وسط صلب N.N.N بدرجة حرارة ٢٦ ° مئوية، و من ثم على وسط سائل ١٦ ٤٠ RPMI- بغية تعيين الشروط المثلى للاستنبات (تركيز الطفيلي الأولي، و حجم الوسط)، فحصلنا على منحنى نمو نموذجي لدى استخدام التركيز ٥×٥^١٠ طفيلي/ميلي لترًا، حيث يمر الطفيلي بأطوار نمو واضحة و منفصلة. لاحظنا أيضًا التبدلات الشكلية التي تطرأ على الطفيلي أمامي السوط promastigote في كل طور.
Patients infected with different species of Leishmania in Syria develop specific antibodies. For this reason, we have developed an immunodot assay for the serodiagnosis of cutaneous and visceral leishmaniasis, which utilizes antihuman IgG conjugat ed with peroxidase (HRP) as the visualizing agent.
