The research aims to study the relationship between social capital development of: a commitment of workers to the work value and ethic and trust building, and the development of networks of social relations, and investment potential of the library to
improve the service of society, and the promotion of the activities of public libraries between public beneficiaries. Descriptive methodology has been adopted to include all staff who are working at Directorate of Culture in Latakia province libraries, amounting to almost (154) employees, due to the small size of the research population. Comprehensive survey has been used, it was distributed to (154) workers, a (141) questionnaires were found suitable for analysis, and the response rate was (91.56%). The research found the following results: *There is positive and significant relationship between workers commitment to workers values and ethic and the promotion of public libraries between user, where (66.3%) of the developments in the promotion of the activities of public libraries between audience beneficiaries changes interpreted by employees to the values and work ethic commitment. *There is positive and significant relationship between confidence and strengthen the relationship between the public library community and the promotion of activities between the public beneficiaries building, where (57.2%) of the developments in the promotion of the activities of public libraries between audience beneficiaries changes interpreted build confidence and strengthen the relationship with the library community. *There is positive and significant relationship between the network of social relations in public libraries development and promotion of activities between the public beneficiaries relationship, where that (52.3%) of the developments in the promotion of the activities of public libraries between audience beneficiaries changes interpret the development of the network of social relations. *There is positive and significant relationship between the investment public library potential development to improve community services and the promotion of activities between the public beneficiaries, where that (49.1%) of the developments in the promotion of the activities of public libraries between audience beneficiaries changes interpreted Investment Public Library potential for improving community services development.
This study aims to identify the factors related to the client and influencing the decision of granting micro-credit in the private lending institutions operating in the province of Lattakia (Private banks and microfinance institutions)، and order of
these factors according to their importance for these institutions، Has been followed premise entrance deductive in this study. The research concluded that these institutions focus on personal client primarily client then the capital of the second class، then the guarantees provided by the client third place، as the results showed that the economic and political conditions and practical experience for the customer influence the decision to grant credit is relatively weak degree، and there omission social worker by these institutions.

Where interest in export activity alone is not enough, methods for the development of exports must be escorted by this activity in order to ensure achievement of export objectives, and one of these methods are agencies existence to promote national exports. And therefore we chose this study in a modest attempt to shed light on the role of these agencies, objectives and tasks assigned to it, as well as to analyze the experience of MATRADE national agency to promote Malaysian exports and its nature of work and services provided in order to raise the level of Malaysian exports and increase the ability of exports to face competition in foreign markets.
The research aimed to examine the relationship between the use of Google Analytics as a model and the increase in efficiency of these websites, which relate to the following dimensions: bounce rate, conversion of visitors to customers. In order to ac
hieve this, a basic hypothesis has been formulated, with two sub-hypotheses. The researcher used the questionnaire technique to collect the data, and analyzed it using statistical tests, the most important of which are the one-sample t. test and the Pearson Correlation. The researcher found many results, the most important of which was: There is a strong positive relationship between the use of websites for search analytics (Google Analytics as a model) and increasing the efficiency of these websites.
This research aims to shed light on the impact of corporate governance on the performance of listed companies in Damascus Securities Exchange (2012-2016). To achieve this objective, the researcher used a hypothetical-deductive approach to formulate t
he hypotheses; and analyzed the financial statements of all shareholding Syrians listed companies. Results indicate that, despite of the variation in applying corporate governance between listed companies, there is a sufficient level of commitment to the principles of corporate governance. As well as, the results showed that all performance indicators effected by corporate governance principles. The results of this study provides an empirical evidence to policy makers and regulators in Syria to emphasize the importance of the continuation of Syrian companies to abide by the applying of the principles of corporate governance; as well as the need to find a unified measure corporate governance can be applied in Syria; and at the same time the need to educate the public concerning corporate governance.
