This paper examines the role of national exports promotion agencies in exporters support to help them understanding and finding markets for their products by providing them with all information concerning the nature of foreign markets, trade opportunities, participation in exhibitions, training opportunities and other tools that help to promote national exports in global markets. Where interest in export activity alone is not enough, methods for the development of exports must be escorted by this activity in order to ensure achievement of export objectives, and one of these methods are agencies existence to promote national exports. And therefore we chose this study in a modest attempt to shed light on the role of these agencies, objectives and tasks assigned to it, as well as to analyze the experience of MATRADE national agency to promote Malaysian exports and its nature of work and services provided in order to raise the level of Malaysian exports and increase the ability of exports to face competition in foreign markets.

This research studies Turkish exports support organizations and their roles in Turkish exports by studying the organization charts, their aims , and their works. In addition to knowing the effectiveness of those organizations' performance by analyzi ng exports sharing ratio in gross national production of Turkey (GNP) , and by analyzing the development of Turkish exports exchange ratio and their value . The research aims to study the relationship between social capital development of: a commitment of workers to the work value and ethic and trust building, and the development of networks of social relations, and investment potential of the library to improve the service of society, and the promotion of the activities of public libraries between public beneficiaries. Descriptive methodology has been adopted to include all staff who are working at Directorate of Culture in Latakia province libraries, amounting to almost (154) employees, due to the small size of the research population. Comprehensive survey has been used, it was distributed to (154) workers, a (141) questionnaires were found suitable for analysis, and the response rate was (91.56%). The research found the following results: *There is positive and significant relationship between workers commitment to workers values and ethic and the promotion of public libraries between user, where (66.3%) of the developments in the promotion of the activities of public libraries between audience beneficiaries changes interpreted by employees to the values and work ethic commitment. *There is positive and significant relationship between confidence and strengthen the relationship between the public library community and the promotion of activities between the public beneficiaries building, where (57.2%) of the developments in the promotion of the activities of public libraries between audience beneficiaries changes interpreted build confidence and strengthen the relationship with the library community. *There is positive and significant relationship between the network of social relations in public libraries development and promotion of activities between the public beneficiaries relationship, where that (52.3%) of the developments in the promotion of the activities of public libraries between audience beneficiaries changes interpret the development of the network of social relations. *There is positive and significant relationship between the investment public library potential development to improve community services and the promotion of activities between the public beneficiaries, where that (49.1%) of the developments in the promotion of the activities of public libraries between audience beneficiaries changes interpreted Investment Public Library potential for improving community services development.
Mutual funds is one of the additional financial tools which plays a vital role in the compilation of effective savings and investment through the use of those savings in the stock market, and provides an opportunity for investors of different types o f investment in these markets under the supervision of specialized investment management . The research aims to study of Mutual funds, its inception, its concept, its advantages, types and statement requirements required in the Commercial Bank of Syria of requirements in support (the availability of stock market and the availability of sources of funds are important in the bank) and other requirements (legislative, legal and human and technical). And the research aims to the search for important results and recommendations that help in the establishment of Mutual funds in the Commercial Bank of Syria.
The research aims to know the role of credit risk management in the improvement of the banking performance in the commercial bank of Syria in Lattakia. To achieve the research objectives, a questionnaire was constructed and distributed to all credit management employee of the bank, (33 employees). After the study and analysis, the following conclusions were reached: 1- The credit management has a high efficiency, as it defines the appropriate size of credit regarding each client; it chooses the qualified and experienced people to work in the credit management, and each credit transaction get under specific analysis and comprehensive review by a qualified and experienced credit analyst. 2- In order to maintain the level of liquidity of the bank, the credit management amends granting credit criteria, to lead to the improvement of liquidity indicators, where the bank keeps appropriate voluntary liquidity in local and foreign currencies, because the good liquidity in the bank contribute to increase clients' confidence in the bank and its operations. 3- The credit management in the bank assesses the profitability in quantitive and objective way, and reviews the criteria of the granting on an ongoing basis, and modifies granting credit criteria in a way that lead to improve bank's profitability. 4- There is a direct correlation between the efficiency of credit risk management and,(low volume and number of non performing loans, improvement of bank's liquidity ratio, and improvement of bank's profitability).
This research aims to get an idea about the situation of using the marketing strategies in Al-Kamal Co. for Agricultural Industries and its contribution in developing the level of its performance and increasing its market share. To achieve the resear ch objectives, questionnaire was devised and applied on a sample of the workers in the company. The research concluded the following results: 1- Al-Kamal Co. for Agricultural Industries tends to use strategies of uniqueness and promotion more than its aim to use strategy of concentration and distribution. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the marketing strategies (uniqueness, promotion and distribution) that are applied in the company and developing the level of its performance and increase its market share. 3- There are no statistically significant differences between the marketing strategies (concentration and distribution) that are applied in the company and developing the level of its performance and increase its market share.
